الحجاب يعد من الموضوعات الهامة حيث يشهد في السنوات الأخيرة نقلة كبيرة في توجيهه نحو الموضة حيث أثرت الحضارة الغربية ومنتجاتها بشكل كبير على اللباس كلياً فتأثر الحجاب، وهذا بمساعدة التكنولوجيا ووسائل التواصل، ويعد هذا من التحديات المعاصرة التي تواجهها المرأة المسلمة، بل الفتيات على الأكثر، وذلك تحت شعار الموضة والعصرنة في لبس الحجاب، وخاصة حجاب الرأس واللفات المعاصرة له، والتي تُظهر الرقبة والأذن وبعض خصال الشعر وغيرها من الحلي والأقراط....الخ، حيث الحجاب بهذه الهيئات وغيرها ليس فيه التزام ديني فهو لباس اجتماعي مواكب للموضة خالي من القيم الدينية، فمن هنا كان لزاماً أن نبين كيف يحمي الإسلام المرأة في ظل التحديات المعاصرة، وبالأخص التي تواجه الحجاب؛ لذا أثرت أن أدلي بدلوي ببحث بعنوان حماية الإسلام للمرأة في ظل التحديات المعاصرة" الحجاب ومتغيراته" أنموذجا".
ويهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة مفهوم الحجاب الشرعي ومشتقاته، وحدود عورة المرأة، وكذلك تناول التحديات التي تواجه المرأة المسلمة اتجاه الحجاب، وكيفية حماية الإسلام لها، كقضية فقهية تتطلب الفهم الدقيق في ظل التغيرات المعاصرة..
 
Abstract:
The issue of the hijab has become increasingly important in recent years, as it has undergone significant changes, particularly in how it is influenced by fashion trends. Western civilization and its products have profoundly affected clothing styles, including the hijab, facilitated by technology and social media. This represents a contemporary challenge for Muslim women, especially young women, who are now adopting a hijab that aligns more with fashion and modernization under the guise of modesty. These modern headscarves often expose the neck, ears, and parts of the hair, as well as jewelry and earrings. This type of hijab does not fulfill the religious obligations but rather serves as a social garment that follows trends, devoid of religious values.
Therefore, it is essential to explore how Islam protects women in the face of these contemporary challenges, particularly with regard to the hijab.
This research aims to study the concept of the Islamic hijab, its components, the boundaries of a woman's awrah (private parts that must be covered), and the challenges Muslim women face concerning the hijab. It also aims to explain how Islam protects women by providing a legal perspective that requires a thorough understanding in light of contemporary changes.
