موقف شيوخ الأزهر الشريف من تحديد نوع الجنين

الملخـص:
فإن المستجدات الطبية شهدت تطوراً هائلاً في العلوم التقنية في العصر الحاضر ومن بين هذه المستجدات تحديد جنس الجنين كواحدة من أهم التقنيات التي أثارت جدلاً واختلافاً في المجتمعات الإسلامية، ولما كان الأزهر الشريف أهم وأقدم المراكز الدينية والتعليمية في العالم الإسلامي وتأثيره بارز على المسلمين في جميع أنحاء العالم؛ لذا فإني في هذا البحثِ تناولت أنظارَ شيوخِ الأزهرِ الشريفِ في هذه القضيةِ (حيث إنهم فرقوا بين التحديد على المستوى الشخصي والمستوى الجماعي، وذلك لما هو مقررٌ شرعاً اختلاف الفتوى باختلافِ تعلقِ الحكمِ) فمعالجةُ هذا الأمرِ على المستوى الجماعيِ فالأمرُ يختلفُ لأنه يؤدي إلى اختلالٍ واضطرابٍ في التعادلِ العدديِّ بين الذكرِ والأنثى الذي هو عاملٌ مهم من عواملِ استمرارِ التناسلِ البشري ويكون في هذه الحالة بمثابة الاعتراض على الله تعالى في خلقه بخلخلةِ البيانِ وهدمِ النظامِ الكوني، أما معالجة المسألة على مستوى الفردِ فقد أجازوا التحديد بضوابطه، لذا تناولت أقوالَ وأدلةَ من عارضَهم وقمت بالموازنة بين الأقوالِ والآراءِ حتى تبين لي أرجحيةٌ أقوالِ شيوخِ الأزهريِ من خلال الأدلةِ الفرعيةِ والقواعدِ الأصوليةِ بالضوابط الشرعية التي ذكرت.
 
Abstract:
Medical advancements have witnessed significant progress in technological sciences in the present era. Among these developments, determining the sex of the fetus is considered one of the most important techniques that has sparked controversy and differences in Islamic societies. As Al-Azhar Al-Sharif is the most important and oldest religious and educational institution in the Islamic world, with a prominent influence on Muslims worldwide, I have addressed the views of the scholars of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif in this research. They differentiated between personal and collective determination, as the fatwa varies depending on the circumstances. Addressing this issue on a collective level differs because it leads to an imbalance and disruption in the numerical balance between males and females, which is an important factor in human reproduction. In this case, it is considered an objection to God Almighty in His creation, disrupting the cosmic order. However, addressing the issue at an individual level is permissible with its conditions. Therefore, I have presented the opinions and evidence of both sides and balanced them until I reached the conclusion that the opinions of the scholars of Al-Azhar are more likely to be correct based on the evidence and fundamental principles within the legal guidelines mentioned.
