الملخـص:
في هذا البحث تناولت دور مشايخ الأزهر في الحفاظ على التراث النبوي، فلقد اعتنوا بذلك عناية كبيرة، وتفننوا وتفانوا في خدمته والحفاظ عليه بما أُتيح لهم ولهم في ذلك جهودٌ تُذكَر فتُشكر، وترُوى ولا تُطوى ، وقد قمت في هذا البحث بإلقاء الضوء على هذا الدور، وذلك بذكر عنايتهم بسلاسل الأسانيد والإجازات، وعنايتهم بالصنعة الحديثية ومصطلح الحديث، ثم عنايتهم بالشمائل والتراجم وأعلام المحدثين، ثم قمت بذكر الدور التفصيلي لشيوخ الأزهر من خلال ذكر مؤلفاتهم في هذا العلم، والتعريف بها، فعرفت بالمؤلِّف تعريفا موجزا، وذكرت فترة توليه المشيخة، ثم ذكرت مؤلفاته فيما يخص فروع علم الحديث، ثم أعرف بهذا المؤلَّف ومكانته ووصفه، وما يتعلق به من طبعات، ورتبت ذلك ترتيبا زمانيا على القرون، ثم ذكرت أهم النتائج والتي منها: أن مشايخ الأزهر كان لهم دور كبير في الحفاظ على التراث النبوي، وجهود عظيمة في خدمة السنة النبوية، وظهر من البحث تنوع جهودهم وتكاملها في الحفاظ على التراث النبوي.
هذا، وقد خرج البحث بتوصيات منها: إفراد من له مؤلفات حديثية من شيوخ الأزهر بأبحاث مفردة، وأيضا عمل "الأعمال الحديثية الكاملة" لشيوخ الأزهر، وذلك بجمعها وتحقيقها وتصنيفها حسب فروع هذا العلم الشريف، وطباعتها ضمن مجموعة واحدة، وتحقيق ما لم يحقق بعد من المؤلفات الحديثية لشيوخ الأزهر وطباعتها وإخراجها للنور.
وقد كان المنهج المتبع في البحث هو المنهج الاستقرائي، والاستنباطي، ثم جعلت للدراسة فهارس علمية.

The role of Al-Azhar sheikhs in preserving the Prophet's heritage

Abstract:
In this research, I dealt with the role of the sheikhs of Al-Azhar in preserving the Prophet's heritage, they took great care of that, and they mastered and dedicated themselves to serving it and preserving it with what was available to them and they have efforts to remember and thank, and narrated and not folded,,
In this research, I shed light on this role, by mentioning their care chains of chains of transmission and vacations, and their attention to modern workmanship and the term hadith, then their attention to the merits and translations and flags of the modernists, then I mentioned the detailed role of the sheikhs of Al-Azhar by mentioning their writings in this science, and the definition of them, I knew the author briefly, and mentioned the period of his tenure as sheikhdom, then mentioned his writings with regard to the branches of modern science, then I know this author and his status and description, and related editions, and arranged it chronologically on The centuries, and then mentioned the most important results, including: that the sheikhs of Al-Azhar had a major role in preserving the Prophet's heritage, and great efforts in the service of the Prophet's Sunnah, and the research showed the diversity and integration of their efforts in preserving the Prophet's heritage.
The research has come out with recommendations, including: singling out his modern works from the sheikhs of Al-Azhar with individual research, and also the work of "complete modern works" of the sheikhs of Al-Azhar, by collecting, investigating and classifying them according to the branches of this honorable science, and printing them within one group, and achieving what has not yet been achieved from the hadith works of the sheikhs of Al-Azhar, printing them and bringing them to light.
The method used in the research was the inductive method, and deductive, and then made for the study scientific indexes.
