إنَّ الإسلام عَدَّد مقاييس اللَّهْوِ وضَبَطها فجعل الأصل من اللهو واللعب هو الإباحة ،إلا ماخصه الدليل کما لو کان اللهو واللعب بها الغَرَر والضَّرر وغيرها، کما حرَّم المَيْسِر لهذه العِلَّة، وسوف يتناول هذا البحث مَناط تحريم النَّرد وتطبيقاتها المعاصرة، بدءًا من الوقوف على حُکْم اللعب بالنرد (الزهر)، ثم معرفة أقوال العلماء الواردة في مناط حُکْم اللعب به، وانتهاءً بمدى تحقُّق مناط حُکْم اللعب بالنرد على صُوَرِه المعاصرة المتعلقة بالنرد الإلکتروني وقد خلص البحث إلى اتفاق العلماء على حرمة اللعب بالنرد؛ لورود أدلة کثيرة دالة على التحريم، وکذا غيرها من الألعاب المعاصرة التي يُستخدم فيها الزَّهْر کالدومينو، والسُّلم والثعبان، ولکنهم اختلفوا في علة التحريم، وأنَّ ذلک لعللٍ کثيرة، منها: التشبه بالمجوس، وأنها ذريعة للقِمار، والصد عن ذِکر الله، وغيرها کما سيأتي بيانه بإذن الله تعالى.
 
Reasons for Prohibiting Electronic Backgammon

Abstract:
       Islam has enumerated and adjusted the standards of fun so that they are permitted except for those which are evidently held back because they may inflict prejudice، harm …etc. Therefore، gambling has been forbidden. This research handles the reasons for prohibiting backgammon and its modern applications.  First، the provision of playing backgammon is displayed then the researcher discusses what the scholars have said concerning the purposes of prohibition. Finally، the researcher draws attention to the extent of realizing the provision of prohibiting playing dice with its contemporary applications. The research concludes that scholars have agreed to the inviolability of playing dice، because there is a great deal of evidence indicating the prohibition، as well as other modern applications in which dice is used such as dominoes، and ladder and snake. Scholars differed around the reason for prohibition. Those various reasons include imitating the Magi، an excuse for gambling، and turning people away from the remembrance of Allah…etc.
