الملخــــــص
يتناول هذا البحث موضوع عمل " ناظر الوقف ومتوليه " في الفقه الإسلامي حيث جاء في: مقدمة، وأربعة مباحث وخاتمة. حيث تناول في المبحث الأول، الوقف مفهومه، وأهميته، وحکمه، وأرکانه. أَما المبحث الثاني فکان في: ناظر الوقف، مفهومه، وحکم عمله، وشروطه ومهمته. أما المبحث الثالث فتناولت فيه: الأَعمال التي تناط بناظر الوقف وبينت فيه الأَعمال التي يسمح لناظر الوقف القيام بها والأعمال المحظور على ناظر الوقف، حمايةً للوقف. أما المبحث الرابع: فجاء في المکافأة المقدمة لناظر الوقف لقاء عمله (الأُجرة المستحقة). وفي مطلب آخر بحث فيه: إِنهاء خدمات ناظر الوقف، وأسباب ذلک. أما الخاتمة: فتناولت فيها النتائج التي توصلت إليها من جهة والتوصيات التي تقدمها هذه الدراسة من جهة أخرى.
 
Controlling the Job of the Superintendent of Waqf
(Endowment) in the Islamic Jurisprudence

Abstract
This research handles the job of the superintendent of Islamic Waqf (endowment) with reference to the Islamic jurisprudence. The research includes an introduction, four chapters and a conclusion. The first chapter is dedicated to display the concept of Waqf, its importance and its provision as well as its pillars. The second chapter traces the concept and job of the superintendent of Waqf as well as the provision of this job, the mission and governing conditions. The third chapter examines the due jobs of the superintendent and they are divided into two categories; the first category includes the permitted jobs while the other includes the forbidden ones for the sake of safeguarding the Waqf. The fourth chapter displays the due reward for the job of the superintendent of Waqf in turn for this service. The researcher has also added a requirement in which he shows the conditions of terminating the job of the superintendent. Finally, the conclusion sums the findings of the research and the recommendations of the study.
