افــتراق الأمــة أسبـابـــه سبــل علاجـــه عند الإمام الشاطبي المتوفى 790هـ

الملخــــص
کان لافتراق الأمة الأثر البالغ فيما أصابها منذ خروج الخوارج وتشيع الشيعة إلى الآن، وقد استلفت ذلک أنظار الصادقين من علماء الإسلام ومصلحيهم فحاولوا جاهدين معالجة تلک القضية وتقديم الحلول لها، کل بما يراه مناسبًا، ومن العلماء المصلحين الذين کان لهم حظ وافر في تلک القضية الإمام أبو إسحاق الشاطبي المتوفى سنة 790هـ، فقد تناول قضية افتراق الأمة في ثنايا کتبه، محاولاً بحث مسائل مهمة تتصل بحديث افتراق الأمة الثابت عن رسول الله ، وذاکرًا أسباب الافتراق، وراسمًا لمنهج يمکن أن يعتبر من مناهج الإصلاح ومحاولة جمع الشمل وتوحيد الصف.ولقد تتبعت ما کتب الشاطبي في قضية افتراق الأمة، وحاولت تقسيمه وتهذيبه في هذا البحث الذي أسميه: (افتراق الأمة: أسبابه، سبل علاجه عند الإمام الشاطبي المتوفى 790هـ، والذي أهدف إليه من هذا البحث أمران: الأول: محاولة إبراز جهود الإمام الشاطبي في قضية افتراق الأمة. والثاني: تقديم نموذج إصلاحي يمکن أن نستفيد منه الآن في محاولات جمع الشمل وتوحيد الصف المسلم. وقد جاء البحث في مقدمة وأربعة مباحث وخاتمة:أما المقدمة: فذکرت فيها بعد الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسوله  أهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياري له، وخطة البحث.وأما المبحث الأول: فعنوانه: التعريف بالإمام الشاطبي.وأما المبحث الثاني: فعنوانه: مسائل مهمة في حديث افتراق الأمة.وأما المبحث الثالث: فعنوانه: أسباب افتراق الأمة عند الإمام الشاطبي. وأما المبحث الرابع: فعنوانه: سبل علاج افتراق الأمة عند الإمام الشاطبي. وأما الخاتمة: فذکرت فيها بعد الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم أهم نتائج البحث وفهارسه العلمية.


Disintegration of the Nation: The Causes and Ways of Treatment  as Prescribed by Imam Al-Shatibi who died in 790 A.H.

Abstract
The disintegration of the nation had its consequences along history starting from the Kharijites (dissenters) with their dissent, the Shiites who followed the doctrine of Shiism and up till now. Such bright topic has attracted the attention of the faithful Muslim scholars and their reformers who worked hard to tackle this issue and provide suitable solutions. One of those reformers who paid great attention to this issue was Imam Abu Issac Al-Shatibi wo died in 790 A.H. He handled this issue in his books trying to research certain issues related to the topic of the disintegration of the nation as stated by the Prophet. Imam Al-Shatibi refered to the causes of this disintegration and paved the way for what could be seen as a reform approach hoping to achieve reunion and unity of the believers. The researcher has researched into the books of Al-Shatibi which handled the disintegration of the nation and specified the causes and ways of treatment as prescribed by Al-Shatibi. In addition, the research has specified two goals to accomplish; shedding light upon the efforts of Al-Shatibi on issue of the disintegration of the nation, and introducing a remedial model that could be utilized at present so as to achieve unity and reunion. The research is divided into an introduction, four chapters and a conclusion.  The introduction draws attention to the importance of the topic, reasons for selecting it and the research plan. The first chapter introduces a short biography about Al-Shatibi whereas the second chapter displays important issues about the disintegration of the nation. The third chapter handles the causes of disintegration while the fourth chapter introduces ways of treatment as prescribed by Imam Al-Shatibi. Finally, the conclusion sums up the findings of the research and there is the list of references.
