أتناول في هذا البحث قضية الشورى من حيث مفهومها وحکمها وأدلة مشروعيتها وأذکر مجالها ووسائل تطبيقها في عهد النبي ‘والخلفاء الراشدين من بعده، ثم أتناول نوازل الشورى أو الآليات المعاصرة لتنفيذ الشورى وذلک في ضوء أدلة الشرع الشريف ومقاصد الشورى التي ظهرت من خلال هذه الأدلة من تطبيقات السلف الصالح.

Abstract
        This research sheds light upon the issue of Shura (consultation) through clarifying its concept, its ruling, the legal evidence and its application in the reign of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and the Caliphs who came afterwards. Next, the research handles the contemporary mechanism of applying consultation in the light of the jurisprudential evidence and the objectives of Shura which have arisen through application by the descendants of prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
