تناول هذا الموضوع مؤسس المذهب المالکي ومدارس الفقه فيه وأشهر مصطلحاته، وعنونت له بـ: (المذهب المالکي: مدارسه وأشهر مصطلحاته).
ويهدف البحث إلى إلقاء الضوء على مدارس الفقه في المذهب المالکي وأشهر مصطلحاته.
ويتکون البحث من: مقدمة، وتمهيد ومبحثين وخاتمة؛ على النحو التالي:
مقدمة: وهي مدخل للموضوع.
تمهيد: عن تعريف المذهب المالکي.
المبحث الأول: مؤسس المذهب المالکي
وتناولته في مطلبين:
المطلب الأول: الحياة الشخصية للإمام مالک
المطلب الثاني: الحياة العلمية للإمام مالک
المبحث الثاني: مدارس الفقه في المذهب المالکي وأشهر مصطلحاته
وفيه مطلبان:
المطلب الأول: مدارس الفقه في المذهب المالکي.
المطلب الثاني: أشهر مصطلحات المذهب المالکي.
الخاتمة: وفيه أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها.

Abstract
This topic dealt with the founder of the Maliki school and the schools of jurisprudence and the most famous terms، and addressed to him: (Maliki's doctrine: schools and the most famous terms).
The research aims to shed light on the schools of jurisprudence in the Maliki school and its most famous terms.
The research consists of: introduction، preface، two sections and aconclusion; as follows:
Introduction: An introduction to the subject.
Introduction: About the definition of the Maliki doctrine.
The first topic: The founder of the Maliki school
And addressed in two demands:
The first requirement: the personal life of Imam Malik
The second requirement: the scientific life of Imam Malik
The second topic: schools of jurisprudence in the Maliki school and the most famous terms
There are two demands:
The first requirement: schools of jurisprudence in the Maliki school.
The second requirement: the most famous terminology of the Maliki school.
Conclusion: The most important findings.
