الملخـــص:
يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان مفهوم الأسرة في ضوء الشريعة الإسلامية، وبيان مكانة الأسرة في الإسلام وأهدافها، وتوضيح مفهوم التفكك الأسري في ضوء الشريعة الإسلامية، وحماية الأسرة من التفكك، من خلال بيان صور التفكك، وأسباب التفكك الأسري في ظل التحديات المعاصرة، وإبراز الأُسس التي وضعتْها الشريعة الإسلامية، والتأهيل قبل الزواج في الفقه الإسلامي، وتوضيح أسباب الطلاق وسبل الحد من آثاره، وبيان الطلاق في وقت الغضب، المنهج المتبع في البحث: اتبعت المنهج الوصفي، ثم المنهج التحليلي المقارن، أهم نتائج البحث: إن التفكك الأسري يؤدي إلى آثار سلبية خطيرة وذلك كانعدام التربية وانتشار الجرائم والاضطرابات النفسية لدى الأبناء، وأن أحكام الأسرة مرتبطة ارتباطاً وثيقاً بمقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية.
التوصيات: تعزيز الثقافة الشرعية بين أفراد المجتمع خاصة فيما يخص أحكام الزواج والطلاق والحقوق الأسرية، ودعم البرامج التوعوية والإعلامية التي تركز على أهمية الأسرة والحفاظ عليها في ظل التحديات الحديثة.
 
Abstract:
This study aims to clarify the concept of the family in light of Islamic law, its significance and objectives, as well as to explain the notion of family disintegration from an Islamic perspective. It focuses on mechanisms for protecting the family from disintegration by identifying its forms and causes amid contemporary social challenges. The study also highlights the foundational principles established by Islamic law, premarital preparation in Islamic jurisprudence, causes of divorce and ways to mitigate its effects, and the ruling on divorce uttered in a state of anger.
Methodology: The study adopts a descriptive approach followed by an analytical and comparative method.
Key Findings: Family disintegration leads to serious negative consequences, such as the absence of proper upbringing, increased crime rates, and psychological disorders among children. Family-related rulings are closely connected to the objectives of Islamic law (Maqāṣid al-Sharīʿah).
Recommendations: Strengthening religious and legal awareness within society, particularly regarding marriage, divorce, and family rights; and supporting awareness and media programs that emphasize the importance of the family and the necessity of preserving it amidst modern challenges.
