الملخـص:
هدفت الدراسة إلى عرض مفهوم القراءات الحداثية عرضًا تحليليًا نقديًا، من خلال عرض كتاباتهم عن ضرورة قراءة النصوص، وأحكام الشريعة الإسلامية؛ قراءة حداثية معاصرة بعيدًا عن القراءة الفقهية التقليدية. ثم عرضت الدراسة الغاية من القراءات الحداثية لنصوص وأحكام الشريعة الإسلامية. ومن ثم تناولت الدراسة نماذج عملية من القراءات الحداثية المخالفة لأحكام الشريعة الإسلامية، والتي تبين طريقة الفقهاء في تدوين أفكارهم وآرائهم الفقهية، وطريقة قراءة الحداثيين لهذه الأحكام.
 وتوصلت الدراسة لنتائج هامة من أبرزها: الغاية الحقيقية من القراءات الحداثية هي أنسنة النص الشرعي وعقلنته وأرخنته؛ ليساوي كلام البشر، ومن ثم يسهل تأويله حسب الأهواء بما يناسب واقعهم الذي يرونه. وبيان المحاولة المستمرة من صناع الفكر الحداثي ورواده في نزع الثقة من أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية بأكملها؛ حيث إنها بزعمهم تضع من كرامة المرأة، وتلغي وجودها لأنها من صنع فقهاء؛ ألزموا الناس بفقههم والأحكام التي توصلوا إليها من خلال قراءات تقليدية قديمة ناسبت عصرهم، ولا تتناسب مع العصر الحاضر.
 وأوصت الدراسة: بضرورة توجيه النظر من قِبل الباحثين المختصين في العلوم الشرعية، والفكر الأصيل، وصناع القرار في الدول الإسلامية بفتح قنوات مختصة للتواصل العلمي والمعرفي؛ لعقد حلقات للحوار والنقاش البناء للتأصيل العلمي، والتحليل المعرفي، والنقد المنهجي للتوجهات الفكرية الوافدة، وما تحويه من أفكار ومبادئ. تبني الأقسام المختصة في الشريعة لمشاريع علمية هادفة؛ للرد على الدعاوى المعاصرة ضد نصوص وأحكام الشريعة الإسلامية؛ تأصيلًا وتحليلًا ونقدًا.
Abstract:
This study aims to present a critical analytical exploration of the concept of modernist readings (al-qirāʾāt al-ḥadāthiyyah) of Islamic texts and rulings. It does so by examining the writings of proponents of modernist interpretation who advocate for re-reading the sacred texts and Islamic legal rulings through a contemporary lens، detached from traditional juristic methodologies. The study proceeds to explore the core objectives behind these modernist approaches، and critically evaluates practical examples of such readings that diverge from the established rulings of Sharia. By comparing classical jurisprudential approaches with modernist reinterpretations، the study demonstrates the contrasting methods employed by traditional scholars and modernist thinkers in engaging with Islamic legal content.
Key findings reveal that the underlying aim of modernist readings is the humanization، rationalization، and historicization of the sacred text—thereby reducing divine revelation to the status of ordinary human discourse، making it more susceptible to reinterpretation according to subjective or socio-political inclinations. The study also highlights the persistent efforts of modernist thought leaders to delegitimize the entire structure of Islamic legal rulings، based on claims that such rulings—particularly those related to women—diminish women's dignity and identity. These critiques are often rooted in the notion that Islamic jurisprudence reflects the contextual reasoning of past jurists and is thus obsolete in the modern era.
The study recommends that scholars specialized in Islamic sciences، alongside authentic intellectual circles and decision-makers in the Muslim world، initiate specialized platforms for scholarly engagement and dialogue. These platforms should foster scientific grounding، knowledge-based analysis، and methodical critique of foreign intellectual currents and their embedded principles. Furthermore، it urges Sharia departments to develop comprehensive academic projects aimed at systematically refuting contemporary claims against Islamic legal texts and rulings through rigorous theoretical foundations، critical analysis، and scholarly rebuttal.
