الملخص:
الحداثة هي حالة فكرية هدفها مجاوزة الموروث ونقده، والتحرر من قيوده بناء على معطيات فكرية معاصرة، تنطلق من أولية العقل وبشرية النصوص. والقراءات الحداثية للوحي قرآنا وسنة تستمد آلياتها في فهم النصوص وتفسيرها وفق التجربة الغربية في ضوء الواقع الحديث، وسلطان العلم، من خلال مناهج مستجدة بعيدة عن الثوابت مثل: التاريخية، والأنسنة، والتأويل، ومن خلال نظريات لغوية مثل: التفكيكية، والسيميائية، والبنيوية، ومن مظاهر القراءات الحداثية التشكيك في السنة، واعتبار العقل حاكما عليها، والتسوية بينها وبين سائر الخطابات من حيث الاستدلال، بالإضافة إلى الفوضى التأويلية. ومنهج السير في هذه الدراسة هو المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث دراسة الحقائق المتعلقة بالفكر الحداثي، وبيان تصورهم في نقد السنة النبوية وتفسير نصوصها، وتحليل مفهوم الحداثة وبيان مفهومها في الفكر العربي، وأنها ليست إلا نقلا وتقليدا للحداثة الغربية، ومن أهم نتائجها ما يأتي: أن المناهج الحداثية هي أدوات لإقصاء النص، ورفض تقديسه، على أن يحل العقل مكان النص، السنة النبوية صالحة لكل زمان وهي ليست وليدة ظرف زماني انقضى فانقضت صلاحيتها معه. للمحدثين منهج نقدي راسخ في الوجدان الإسلامي. الفهم الصحيح للسنة النبوية يكون من خلال قواعد الشرع واللغة.
 
 
 Abstract:
Modernity is an intellectual state aimed at surpassing and critiquing inherited traditions، seeking liberation from their constraints based on contemporary intellectual outputs that prioritize reason and the human nature of texts. Modern readings of the divine revelation، both the Qur'an and the Sunnah، draw on contemporary Western experiences and modern realities، utilizing methods that deviate from fixed principles. These methods include historicism، humanization، and hermeneutics، alongside linguistic theories such as deconstructionism، semiotics، and structuralism.
One prominent feature of modern readings is the skepticism towards the Sunnah، elevating reason to a position of authority over it، equating it with other forms of discourse in terms of reasoning، and leading to interpretive chaos.
The key findings of this research include:

Modernist approaches are tools for marginalizing the text، rejecting its sanctity، and replacing it with reason.
The Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ is valid for all times and is not limited by the era in which it was revealed.
The scholars of Hadith have a well-established critical methodology rooted in Islamic consciousness.
The correct understanding of the Sunnah must be grounded in the principles of Islamic law and language.
