عنوان البحث: أسس القراءة الاجتماعية المعاصرة للقرآن الکريم... عرضاَ ونقداً-کتاب الدين والتدين أنموذجاً-
موضوع البحث: يرى مؤلف کتاب (الدين والتدين) أن أحکام القرآن الکريم وتشريعاته کانت منتجاً اجتماعياً، بحکم العادات والأعراف والتقاليد التي نزل فيها القرآن الکريم، وبناءً على هذا الرأي فلا يجب اتباع تلک الأحکام والتشريعات!!
منهج البحث: استقرأ الباحث الأسس التي اعتمد عليها المؤلف في کتابه فبلغت ثمانية أسس، ثم قام الباحث بنقدها والرد عليها.
وبين الباحث أن المؤلف اعتمد على مقدمات خاطئة، ولذا جاءت النتائج والأحکام التي وصل إليها المؤلف خاطئة غير صحيحة، وذلک أن المؤلف لم يحسن تعريف الدين، ولم يفرق بين الأعراف والعادات الصحيحة وبين الأعراف والعادات الباطلة، مع مغالطته في مسائل کأسباب النزول، والنسخ في القرآن الکريم، ورده للأحکام الواردة في السنة النبوية.
وعرض الباحث إلى أنموذجين ناقش فيها آراء المؤلف.
 نتيجة البحث: بطلان أسس القراءة الاجتماعية المعاصرة للقرآن الکريم، وأن تلک القراءة جرأة على القرآن الکريم وأحکامه وتشريعاته.

Abstract
Research Title: The Foundations of Contemporary Social Reading of the Holy Quran... Presentation and Criticism - The Book of Religion and Religion -
Subject of the research: The author of the book (religion and religion) believes that the regulations of the Qur’an. and its legislations were socially produced، by virtue of the customs، customs and traditions in which the Holy Quran was revealed. Based on this view، these regulations and legislations should not be followed!!
Research Methodology: The researcher studied the basics on which the author relied in his book، reaching eight bases، and then the researcher criticized and responded to them.
The author pointed out that the author relied on incorrect introductions، and therefore the results and rulings reached by the author are incorrect، because the author did not difine of religion، and did not differentiate between the correct customs and false customs، with his fallacy in matters such as reasons for descent، And its response to the regulations of the Sunnah.
The researcher presented two examples in which he discussed the author's views.
 The result of the research: the invalidity of the foundations of contemporary social reading of the Holy Quran، and that reading boldness on the Koran and its regulations and legislations
