أثر دراسة التاريخ الإسلامي في قيمة العدالة عصر الولاة في مصر نموذجا

العدالة في الإسلام قيمة مطلقة، لا تنظر لجنس دون جنس أو دين ولون دون آخر، وکان التطبيق الإسلامي للعدالة مع غير المسلمين في مصر نموذجا يحتذى، والوقائع التاريخية ثابتة وموثقة على أن العدالة بل والإحسان کان متجسدا في تعاملات الولاة المسلمين مع قبط مصر الذين بقوا على دينهم؛ فلم يکن ذلک حائلا دون توليهم المناصب وتکوينهم الثروات.
وأذکر في هذا البحث صورا متعددة لهذه العدالة مع غير المسلمين في مصر وقد التزمت في بحثي المنهج العلمي المتبع ، وحرصت على توثيقه من المصادر التاريخية المعتمدة القديمة والحديثة ، وبيان وجه الاستفادة من الأحداث التاريخية .
 


The Impact of Studying Islamic History on the Value of Justice

Abstract
Justice in Islam is an absolute value. It does not subject to gender, religion or color. The Islamic application of justice with non-Muslims in Egypt remained a due example since the historical incidents are fixed and documented where the justice and good treatment were embodied in the transactions of Muslim governors with the Coptic people who remained true to their religion. This decision did not prevent them from having jobs, positions, making money or collecting wealth.
The researcher has exposed various images of justice with the non-Muslims in Egypt. He has followed the scientific approach in this research. He is so keen on documenting the identified ancient and modern resources showing how he benefited from the historical incidents.
