مصطلح الجاهلية تاريخه وخطره على المجتمع سيد قطب أنموذجا

يتناول الباحث في هذه الدراسة: نظرية الشيخ سيد قطب في مفهوم الجاهلية، والقول بالحاکمية، وغرض الباحث من هذه الدراسة هو: إزالة اللثام عما قد يتخذه بعض المغرضين مطعنًا للتشکيک في وسطية الإسلام الحنيف؛ إذ يربطون بين تلک الأفکار وبين الدين وأهله، وهو من تلک الشبهات براء.
وبعد أن عرض الباحث لمصطلح الجاهلية عند الشيخ سيد قطب، وبيّن أثر هذه النظرية القطبية على الفرق والجماعات التکفيرية، توصل إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: أن الجاهلية هي فترة زمنية معينة، ويراد بها الجاهلية قبل الإسلام، وأمَّا سيد قطب فيصرح بأن الجاهلية ليست فترة زمنية معينة، وإنما حالة اجتماعية معينة ذات تصور معين للحياة لا علاقة له بزمان أو مکان، أن الجاهلية انتقلت من مجرد فکرة عند سيد قطب ليعممها على المجتمع کله مخالفًا جمهور المفسرين وعلماء الأمة، أن الجاهلية لا تتعلق بمفهوم الحکم بغير ما أنزل الله، وإنما تختص بإنکار شرع الله وعدم قبوله، أن هناک بعض المفاهيم الملتبسة على بعض المسلمين يتخذها التکفيريون ذريعةً لارتکاب أعمال العنف والإرهاب، ومنها مفهوم الحاکمية، أن "النظرية القطبية" يترتب عليها: تکفير المجتمع، وتأجيل الدعوة إلى النظام الإسلامي، أن مصطلح الجاهلية القطبية لم يلق قبولًا عند کثيرين من علماء السلفية والإخوان، وذلک لمخالفته صريح القرآن، وصحيح السنة.

Abstract
This research tackles Sayed Kotb’s theory of the concept Jahileya and the interpretation of governorship. The purpose of the study is to unveil the suspicious points which may be exploited by the tendentious who doubt the averageness of the true religion of Islam since the tendentious always connect those ideas to the religion and its followers; something is nonsensical.
After the researcher has expounded the concept of Jahileya for Sayed Kotb, he displayed its impact upon the groups and sects that judge people with disbelief. Next, the research reached some results; the most important of which are the following ones. First, Jahileya is a certain era before Islam but Sayed Kot sees that the concept of Jahileya does not mean that instead it means a certain social status which has its image of life regardless of time or space. Jahileya has changed from being just an idea with Sayed Kotb into a concept that includes all the society in contrast to what the public of interpreters and scholars identified that Jahileya is not related to utilizing mundane laws; not revealed by Allah. Nevertheless, it means disobeying the acts of jurisprudence. Second, there are some confusing concepts for Muslims so that the tendentious exploit these concepts to commit violent and terrorist actions. The concept of governorship is one of those concepts. Third, the “Kotbian Theory” accordingly implies accusing the society of disbelief and retarding the call for establishing an Islamic discipline. The Kotbian Jahileya is not approved by a lot of Sunnah scholars and Muslim brothers for its apparent contrast with the True meaning of Qur’an and Sunnah.
