فهم نصوص السنة بين الضوابط والانحراف

الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على أشرف المرسلين سيدنا محمد النبي الأمي، وعلى آله الطيبين الطاهرين ورضى الله عن الصحابة أجمعيـن والتابعين لهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدين، وبعد،،،،
فإذا کان الکتاب المبين هو القرآن الکريم، فما النور إلا سنة النبي الأمين ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فهما جناحا النجاة لمن أراد النجاة، وفي الأخذ بهما العصمة من الضلال فإذا کان ما نزل إليهم هو القرآن، فما الذکر إلا سنة النبي العدنان، فکما أن القرآن وحي من الله، کذلک  فإن السنة وحي من الله.أما القرآن فوحي بلفظه ومعناه، وأما السنة فوحي بمعناها ولفظها من عند النبي ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم فکما أن القرآن وحي من الله، کذلک فإن السنة وحي من الله.
وقد جعلت بحثي هذا من مقدمة وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة:
أما المقدمة فبينت فيها فضل السنة وحجيتها ومکانتها.
ثم ذکرت ثلاثة فصول:
الفصل الأول: جهود أئمة الحديث في فهمهم لنصوص السنة .
الفصل الثاني: الانحرافات في فهم نصوص السنة وأسبابها.
الفصل الثالث: دور علماء السنة في معالجة هذه الإشکالات والانحرافات.
ثم خاتمة بينت فيها أن السنة صالحة لکل زمان ومکان.
ثم فهرست المراجع، وفهرست الموضوعات.
والله أسأل أن يجعلنا من الذين يَذُبُّون عن الکتاب والسنة، ويدفعون عنهما کل  باطل وفِرية، وصلى الله وسلم وبارک على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم.

Understanding the Texts of Sunnah in between the Criteria of control and Transgression

Abstract
      If the Holy Qur’an is the circumstantially detailed book, the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon Him) is the light that fills all hearts. Both the Qur’an and Sunnah constitute the two wings of salvation, guidance as the Qur’an is the word of Allah and so is the case with the revealed Sunnah. The Qur’an is revealed in word and meaning while the Sunnah is revealed in word and meaning through Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon Him). This research includes an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. The introduction displays the virtues of the Sunnah and its true value. Chapter one traces the efforts of Hadith scholars to understand the texts of the Sunnah. Chapter two is dedicated to highlight the transgression from understanding the texts of the Sunnah and showing its causes. Chapter three highlights the efforts of Sunnah scholars to tackle such issues and transgression. Then the conclusion proves that the Sunnah is valid for all times and space. May Allah spare us to defend His Holy Book and Sunnah against all lies and falsehood.
