المنهج النبوي في تأسيس القيم المجتمعية دراسة تداولية حجاجية

تتبّع علماء الحديث الآثار المروية عن رسولنا الکريم، لِما عقلوه من أهميتها وأبعادها التأثيرية في  سلوک المسلمين ولم يألوا جهدا لذلک، فجمعوها ثم بوّبوها  لتصنف تصرفاته إلى قولية وفعلية وتقريرية؛ إلا أنّ اهتمام البحث سينصبّ على سنتّه القولية ــ صلى الله عليه وسلّم ــ ، وبالأخصّ  الأحاديث التي سيقت في إطار التبادل الخطابي (أو المحاورة) من جهة، و على الأحاديث المعلّلة من جهة أخرى لغاية منهجية تتمثل في ارتباط هذا الصنف من الحديث بإشکالية هذا البحث،  إذ يسعى إلى وصف الاستراتيجية  الحجاجية التي اعتمدها الرسول ـفي دعوة قومه إلى قيم جديدة مغايرة للنسق القيمي المعهود،  ما دام التعليل من الوجهة الحجاجية هو عملية توجيه الحجة من قبل المتکلّم إلى المخاطب ليسلّم بالنتيجة التي ينشدها ويحثّه على تبني السلوکيات المناسبة؛ وهذا بالترکيز على عدد معيّن من العناصر الخطابية الشکلية قصد الوقوف على الجانب المغيّب في الأحاديث النبوية، إذ قليلا ما يکون الاهتمام بالشکل الذي يساق لأجله الحکم الشرعي مقصودا أصليا، على الرغم من أهميته البالغة في فعلي الترغيب و الترهيب، مستفيدين لأجل تحقيق هذا المطلب من  النظرية التداولية الحجاجية المعاصرة بما يسمح به المقام.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
The Prophetic Approach in Establishing Communal Values “An Interlocutory and synthetic Study”

Abstract
 
      Scholars of Hadith have followed the narrated reminiscences of Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon Him) for what they have understood about their importance and their influential impact upon the behavior of Muslims. The scholars spared no effort in collecting them then classifying them into three chapters; verbal, practical and informative. Though, the research is concerned with the verbal Sunnah; especially the Hadiths that have included in a mutual interlocution (dialogue) on the one hand, and the Hadiths that have justified on the other hand for a thematic purpose as embodied in the relating this genre of Hadith to the problematic of this research. The research is seeking to describe the strategy of interlocution which Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon Him) has relied on in his mission to his folks so as that they would follow new values different from their usual paradigm. Since justification from this respect is a process of reorienting the pretext in the interlocutor’s respect towards the addressee in order to achieve the expected result and adopt the suitable behavior. This can be achieved through stressing a number of verbal elements aiming at examining the concealed aspect of the Hadiths. Rarely, it is meant to pay attention to the form targeted in the legislative verdict. Despite its ultimate importance to attract and intimidate, the benefit is achieved through the modern interlocution and synthetic theory as far as allowed.
