الرؤية المقاصدية للشيخ عبد المجيد سليم لبعض من مصارف زكاة الفطر -دراسة فقهية معاصرة

حث الشرع الحكيم على التكافل بين المسلمين، وإعانة الجميع، وبين المقاصد الشرعية من خلال الحديث عن زكاة الفطر وإخراج زكاة الفطر بالقيمة، وأوجه التخريج والإنفاق، وأن التجديد موجود منذ القدم، ويهدف البحث: إلى بيان الرؤية المقاصدية للشيخ عبد المجيد سليم ودوره الفعال في معالجة القضايا من خلال فتاويه الخاصة بفقه الزكاة ومنها زكاة الفطر وإخراج القيمة النقدية بدلا عن الأصل، ويهدف أيضا إلى بيان المقصد الشرعي من إخراج زكاة الفطر عن طريق الجمعيات الخيرية. وبناء المساجد والتوسع في معنى قوله تعالى: " في سبيل الله "بحيث يشمل الجهاد، والمصالح العامة التي يبرز فيها معنى البر، والتأصيل الفقهي لكل مسألة وقد اعتمدت في البحث على المناهج: التحليلي، والتوصيفي، والمقارن. ومن أهم نتائج البحث: أن الشيخ عبد المجيد سليم من الأئمة المجددين. وأن مصلحة المستحقين للزكاة معتبرة في إخراج القيمة بدلا عن الأصل وفيه مصلحة أوفر وأنفع له، وأن مصرف " في سبيل الله ليس مقتصرا فقط على الغزاة وإنما معناه أوسع في الزكاة فيشمل جميع أوجه الخير.
 
ABSTRACT:
Urging the wise Sharia to solidarity between Muslims, and help everyone, and between the purposes of legitimacy by talking about Zakat al-Fitr and the output of Zakat al-Fitr value, and aspects of graduation and spending, and that renewal has existed since ancient times, and the research aims: to clarify the intentional vision of Sheikh Abdul Majeed Selim and his effective role in addressing issues through his fatwas on the jurisprudence of zakat, including zakat al-fitr and the output of monetary value instead of the original. It also aims to clarify the legitimate purpose of paying zakat al-fitr through charitable societies. And the construction of mosques and the expansion of the meaning of the Almighty's saying: "For the sake of Allah" so that it includes jihad, and public interests in which the meaning of righteousness emerges, and the jurisprudential rooting of each issue has relied in the research on the approaches: analytical, descriptive, and comparative.
Among the most important results of the research: that Sheikh Abdul Maji One of the renewed imams.
The interest of those entitled to zakat is considered in taking out the value instead of the original, and there is a greater and more beneficial interest for him
