الملخـــــص:
استهدف البحث بيان دور الزكاة في حفظ الأمن الداخلى، ومنه القضاء على الفقر، والجوع، والإرهاب، والتطرف وتطهير المجتمع من الحقد، والحسد، ودعم فئات من المجتمع مادياً، ومعنوياً، وتحقيق الأمن الأسرى والعائلى، والقضاء على ظاهرة التسول، وقضاء الديون عن الغارمين- والمحبوسين في الدين، واستهدف البحث كذلك دور الزكاة في تحقيق الأمن الخارجى وكل ما ينفع الأمة خارجياً، واتبع البحث، منهج الاستقرائى الذى يقوم على تتبع المسائل، وتكييفها، والحكم عليها، وكذلك المنهج الوصفى.
وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج منها، جواز الاستثمار في أموال الزكاة، وتحقيق الزكاة للأمن الأسرى والعائلي، ومنها منع ظاهرة التسول، ولها دور كبير في تحقيق الدفاع القومي للنص على مصرف "سبيل الله" حيث تصرف لحماية الوطن، وتأمين حدوده وحراسة الثغور التي يتوقع منها مجيئْ العدو، وكما توصل البحث إلى أن الزكاة دور مهم في تجفيف منابع الإرهاب والقضاء عليه من خلال الأمن الفكري.
 
Abstract
 The present research traces the role of Zakat in maintaining the interior security which would lead to eradicating poverty، hunger، terrorism، extremism and would also purify the society from malignancy and envy. In addition، Zakat provides financial and moral support to some sects within the community. Zakat also helps families to live in peace and security، eliminate the phenomenon of begging، repay the debts of those in debt and those imprisoned for their debts. Moreover، this research is keen on emphasizing the role of Zakat in maintaining exterior security and all that would be externally beneficial for the nation. The research applies the inductive approach which traces، classifies and specifies a suitable provision for every issue. It also utilizes the descriptive approach. By the end of the research، the researcher has summed up the most important findings. For example، it is possible to invest the money of Zakat as it maintains security and peace for the family، eliminates the phenomenon of begging as well as having a great role in achieving national security because it includes the statement "For the Sake of Allah" where such money is spent to protect homes، save its borders، and guard the territories where the enemies are expected to come through. The research has also recognized the important role of Zakat in drying up the roots of terrorism by means of maintaining intellectual security.
