معالجة الانحراف الفكري لمفهوم الجهاد

ملخص البحث:
يهدف البحث لبيان الانحراف الفكري لمفهوم الجهاد ، وهو من أبرز المفاهيم التي تعرضت للانحراف حيث بلغ توظيفه السلبي وتنزيله على غير محله مبلغ تهديد وجود الأمة دينا وكيانا؛ لذلك كان لزاما تحرير معناه، وذلك من خلال المنهج الاستقرائي بتتبع مصطلحي الجهاد والقتال في القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية المشرفة، وبعض التصانيف في هذا المفهوم ، وكذلك من خلال المنهج التحليلي في بيان حقيقة مفهوم الجهاد، وتحليل نتائج استقراء مفهوم الجهاد بالوقوف على سياقاتها في القرآن والسنة ، وقد خلص البحث إلى أن مفهوم الجهاد تم اختزاله في الجهاد القتالي دون غيره من أنواع الجهاد في الإسلام، وكونه مقصورا على الحرب والقتال ادعاء مخالف لما جاءت به نصوص القرآن والسنة، وأقوال علماء الأمة، وأن الجهاد القتالي شرع لرد العدوان عن الدولة بما يماثله دون تجاوز أو شطط، ولا مجال للاعتداء تحت أي غاية مقصودة، وذلك لأن الغايات النبيلة لا تدرك إلا بوسائل نبيلة، ولم يشرع الجهاد لإكراه الناس على الدخول في الإسلام، ولم يكن القتال سببا لعدم الإيمان، فلا قتل على المعتقد، وأنه لا حق للأفراد أو الجماعات في إعلان الجهاد أو حمل السلاح، إنما هو حق لرئيس الدولة والجهات المختصة بذلك وفق قوانين وتنظيمات الدول وبما لا ينتهك العهود والمواثيق الدولية، وأن الله تعالى حينما شرع القتال نأى به عن جوانب الطمع والاستئثار وإذلال الضعفاء، وابتغاه طريقا إلى السلام والاطمئنان وتركيز الحياة على موازين العدل والمساواة.
Approaching the intellectual Deviation of the Concept of Militancy

Abstract
 
     This research highlights the intellectual deviation of the concept of militancy as one of the most outstanding concepts which have been exposed to digression since it has been functionalized negatively and inappropriately to the extent that it turned out to be a kind of threat to the existence of the nation both religiously and  as an entity. Accordingly, it has become necessary to clarify the meaning of militancy. The research has applied the inductive approach through tracing the concepts of militancy and fighting in the Holy Qur’an, the Holy Sunnah and in other classifications concerned with these concepts. It has also applied the analytical approach to validate the concept of militancy and analyze the findings of inducting militancy as a concept considering their contexts in the Holy Qur’an and Sunnah. The research has concluded that the concept of militancy has been reduced to fighting militancy rather than the other forms of militancy in Islam. Reducing the concept of militancy to war and fighting constitutes an adversary allegation against what is stated in the texts of the Holy Qur’an, Sunnah and the statements of the scholars of the nation. In addition, fighting militancy has been legalized to reverse aggression against the state without any excess or abuse. There is no space for any kind of aggression under the pretension of any targeted purpose because noble ends can only be attained by noble means. Moreover, militancy has not been legalized to force people to convert to Islam, and fighting was not caused by the absence of faith. Hence, fighting is not held over conviction and individuals or groups do not have the right to call for militancy or taking arms since this right is confined to the president of the state or the concerned authorities according to the laws and regulations of the states in no violation of the international covenants and conventions. Finally, when Almighty Allah Has legalized fighting, Allah kept it away from avarice, monopolization or humiliating the powerless. It has been legalized as a path towards peace, reassurance and turning life towards applying the measures of justice and equality.
