الملخص:
يتناول هذا البحث أبرز الاتجاهات المنحرفة في التفسير بسبب الفهم السقيم للمحكم والمتشابه في القرآن الكريم، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلي بيان جانب من أسباب وآثار هذه الطرق المنحرفة في فهم بعض آيات القرآن الكريم، وكيفية علاجها؛ وهو الفهم السقيم للمحكم والمتشابه في القرآن الكريم بوضع المحكم بدلا من المتشابه والمتشابه مكان المحكم خدمة لمذاهب وأفكار معينة، وتشنيعا على المخالفين بتكفيرهم وتضليلهم وتفسيقهم، كما تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن آثار هذا الفهم في اتساع هوة الخلاف بين الفِرَق الإسلامية حتى كاد يكفر بعضها بعضا، وتلبيس الأمر على عوام الناس لاستناد الفرقاء إلى أسس شرعية متشابهة في الظاهر دون الرجوع بها إلى المحكم. وتجتهد الدراسة في تصحيح المفاهيم بهذا الطريق المستقيم، والتأكيد علي إيراد بعض النماذج التطبيقية للتأويلات المنحرفة للمحكم والمتشابه من قبل بعض الفرق والمذاهب من الروافض والخوارج والمعتزلة والحداثيين بسبب الفهم السقيم والمخالفة الصريحة للقواعد الصحيحة المعتمدة عند بيان القرآن الكريم. وتطلب السير في البحث تقسيمه- بعد المقدمة والتمهيد- إلى فصلين يتضمن الأول منهما: الجانب النظري، والثاني الجانب التطبيقي ثم خاتمة تعتمد: نتائج البحث وتوصياته، وأهم المصادر والمراجع، متبعًا المنهج التكاملي: (الاستنباطي-التحليلي-النقدي-المقارن)

The Precise and Similar Verses of the Holy Qur'an in between Misperception and Reformation of the Concept
A comparative، critical and interpretive Study

Abstract
This research studies the most outstanding deviated attitudes of interpretation relying on the misperception of the precise and similar verses of the Holy Qur'an. The research aims at highlighting the causes and effects of such deviated attitudes towards perceiving some verses of the Holy Qur'an، tackling them and the misperception of the precise and similar verses of the Holy Qur'an putting one in place of the other solely to serve certain ideologies or tendencies as well as defaming the violators by declaring them infidel and corrupt. In addition، this research traces the impact of such perception upon the widened gap of controversy in between the Islamic groups to the extent that some of them declared the other infidel. As for the common people، they have become confused because the opponents have considered and identified، seemingly، similar legitimate principles without going back to the precise verses. The research seeks reforming such concepts along a straight and definite pathway focusing on the intrusion of applied examples of the deviated interpretations of the precise and similar verses by means of some groups and schools of the Rafidites (rejectors)، Khawarij (dissenters)، Mu'tazila (isolationists) and the modernists because of misperception and the clear violation of the true and identified rules while interpreting the Holy Qur'an. The research applies an integrated methodology that includes the deductive، analytical، critical and comparative approaches. The research consists of an introduction، a preamble and two chapters. The first chapter contains the theoretical framework while the second one displays the practical aspect. The conclusion comes after the second chapter، and it highlights the findings of the research and the recommendations. Then the research closes with the sources and references.
