أثر علم الکلام في معالجة مسائل أصول الفقه (شرح مختصر الروضة للطوفي أنموذجا)

يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان وتوضيح الجهود المميزة والمبتکرة التي عملها نجم الدين الطوفي الحنبلي في استخدام القواعد الکلامية في معالجة المسائل الأصولية، وإذا کان علم الکلام يعتبر من أعظم ما أنتجته قرائح علماء الإسلام في سبيل الذب عن دين الإسلام، فإن من أعظم دلائل عظمته تأثيره في علوم الشريعة، ومن أعظمها علم أصول الفقه.
ويتبين لنا في هذا البحث عظم مکانة نجم الدين الطوفي في العلوم العقلية؛ من حيث ظهور أثر إتقانه لهذه العلوم في تصوير حقائق علم أصول الفقه وتقريره لأدلتها وترکيبه لحججها.
     وقد اقتضت طبيعة البحث أن يکون البحث مکونا من:
مقدمة البحث
المبحث الأول: أثر مسائل الأمور العامة والجواهر والأعراض.
المبحث الثاني: أثر مسائل الإلهيات والنبوات.
خاتمة البحث
قائمة المصادر والمراجع
ومن أهم نتائج البحث: بيان تأثير علم الکلام في أصول فقه الحنابلة، مع ما هو معروف عن علماء الحنابلة من مجانبتهم لعلم الکلام والمتکلمين.

EFFECT OF ISLAMIC THEOLOGY ON DEALING WITH ISSUES ON THE FUNDAMENTALS OF JURISPRUDENCE:
EXPLICATION OF AR-RAWDA BY AṬ-ṬOUFIY AS A SAMPLE

Abstract
  This research paper is an attempt to point out and clarify the innovative and distinguished efforts of Najmuddin Aṭ-Ṭoufiy, the Ḥanbali who used the rules of theology to deal with issues on the fundamentals of jurisprudence. Islamic theology is considered one of the greatest intellectual achievements of the Muslim scholars in defending Islam. Its influence on the religious sciences is strong evidence to this, and the greatest of these sciences is fundamentals of jurisprudence. This study has pinpointed the great status of Najmuddin  Aṭ-Ṭoufiy in intellectual sciences. His mastering of these sciences has had its effect on shaping the facts of the science of the fundamentals of jurisprudence, establishing its proofs and composing its tools of defense.
The nature of the research requires that it consist of the following:
Introduction
First section: The effect of the issues concerning general matters, essences and manifestations.
Second section: The effect of issues concerning theology and prophethood
The conclusion clarifies the effect of Islamic theology on the Hanbalites’ fundamentals of jurisprudence, even though Ḥanbalites are known to avoid theology and theologians.
