القضايا العقدية المتعلقة بالسحر

يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان وتوضيح ما جاء في الکتاب والسنة من نصوص متعلقة بالسحر، منها ما هو محذر وزاجر عن السحر، ومنها ما هو متعلق بمَن عَصَمَه الله تعالى، وهم الأنبياء والملائکة عليهم الصلاة والسلام، وغير ذلک من مسائل وقضايا.
فتحرک العزم لدراسة هذه القضايا الهامة، فجاء هذا البحث بفضل الله تعالى ومعونته سبحانه.
والمنهج المستخدم في البحث هو منهج استقرائي تحليلي، يتتبع قضايا هذا البحث، واستقرائها من مظانها، وجمع المعلومات المتعلقة بها، ثم تحليل ودراسة ما تم استقراؤه وجمعه، للوصول إلى النتائج المرجوة من هذا البحث.
وقد اقتضت طبيعة البحث أن يکون البحث مکونًا من: مقدمة، وسبعة مباحث، وخاتمة وفيها أهم نتائج البحث، ثم قائمة المصادر والمراجع.
ومن أهم نتائج البحث:
1- أثبت جماهير العلماء وجود السحر؛ لثبوته في کتاب الله تعالى وسنة نبيه صلى الله عليه وسلم، وخالف في ذلک فئة قليلة کابرت في ذلک.
2- السحر عند أکثر العلماء أمر غريب، يشبه خوارق العادات، وليس خارقاً للعادة؛ لأنه ينال بالتعلم والتتلمذ؛ يستعان في تحصيله بالتقرب إلى الشيطان بارتکاب القبائح قولاً وعملاً.
3- اختلف المثبتون للسحر: هل له حقيقة أم لا؟ فذهب بعضهم إلى أنه تخييل لا حقيقة له؛ وذهب الجمهور إلى أن له حقيقة.
4- عمل وفِعْل السحر حرام، وهو من کبائر الذنوب بالإجماع، ومن اعتقد إباحته فهو کافر.
 
 
 
MATTERS OF CREED CONCERNING BLACK MAGIC

Abstract
This research paper aims at pointing out and clarifying the Qur᾿ānic and Prophetic texts that deal with black magic. Some of them warn against black magic and prohibit it, and others are concerned with those whom Allah, Glory be to Him, protected from black magic, namely the Prophets and angels, peace be on them all. The research tackles other questions and issues whose importance encouraged me to conduct this study. The researcher used an inductive analytical approach to search for the topics of the research, study them in their sources, collect the relevant material, study and analyze what has been collected and elicited to reach the results of the research. The research consists of an introduction, seven sections, a conclusion that has the results of the research, as well as a list of the references.
The most important results of the research include the following:

The majority of scholars have confirmed the existence of black magic as it is stated in the Qur᾿ān and the Prophet’s tradition; a small number of scholars obstinately disagreed with this opinion.
To most scholars, black magic is a strange thing, which seems to be supernatural, but it is not since the magician acquires it by learning and by becoming a servant to the devils.
Those who believe in the existence of black magic have disagreed about it. Is it true or illusionary? The majority see that it is true.
It is unlawful (ḩarām) to practice black magic, and there is a consensus that it is one of the grave sins, and that believing that it is allowed is contrary to faith.
