قول الإمام مالک في موطئه (حدثني الثقة) جمع ودراسة

يتناول هذا البحث مسألة هامة من مسائل علم الجرح والتعديل، وهي مسألة التعديل على الإبهام، وقد وقعت للإمام مالک في عدد من أحاديث کتابه "الموطأ" قال فيها: "حدثني الثقة".
وجمهور المحدثين يرون أن التعديل على الإبهام غير کاف حتى يسمى المبهم، لأنه ربما يکون ثقة عنده ضعيفًا عند غيره، ولأن عدم تسميته يجعلنا نقع في ريبة من أمره.
وهذا البحث يتناول هذه الجزئية في «موطأ» الإمام مالک بمحاولة معرفة هؤلاء الرواة الذين وثقهم على الإبهام ولم يسمهم.
وقد جمع الباحث الأحاديث التي في «موطأ» الإمام مالک، من خلال روايته الست المطبوعة.
وتتبع الأحاديث التي قال فيها الإمام مالک: "حدثني الثقة" فوجدها ثلاثة عشر حديثًا، ثم خرَّجها من کتب السنة لمعرفة هذا الثقة المبهم، فعرف ثمانية منهم، وتردد في ثلاثة، ولم يعرف اثنين.
وأوصى الباحث في نهاية بحثه بتتبع الأحاديث التي قال فيها الإمام الشافعي في "مسنده": "حدثني الثقة"، أو "أخبرني من لا اتهم"، ومعرفة هؤلاء الرواة من خلال عملية التخريج بعد جمعهم.

Abstract
The word of Imam Malik in his book "Al –Mowatah": "the confidence told me" A study and collection
 
This research deals with an important part of the problem of modifying the vagueness which is a part of the words of Imam Malik in his book "Al –Mowatah": "the confidence told me".
The majority of Hadith tellers think that the correctness of the problem of modifying the vagueness is not enough in the amendment until it is declared in his name that it is possible to be trust to him and weak to others، and because not to name him makes suspicion.
This research deals with this part by trying to know these narrators mentioned by Imam Malik "confidence" without mentioning their names.
The researcher has collected the Hadiths in Imam Malik's book and this book has multiple copies six of them were printed. The researcher followed all of them in order to reach the Hadiths in which Imam Malik said that: "the confidence told me" and he found thirteen of the Hadiths. He searched in Sonnah's books to know this vagueness confidence. He knew eight of them and hesitated in three and didn't know two.
The researcher recommended at the end of his research to follow the Hadiths in which Imam Al – Shafi'i said in his "Musnad": "the confidence told me" or "told me who is not charged" and knowledge of these narrators through the process of searching after collecting them.
