الملخــــص :
 تتناول هذه المقاربة؛ متطلبات التنشئة الاجتماعية للشباب في مجتمع يتسم بالتسارع الاجتماعي والسيولة وذلک في ضوء المقولات النظرية لهيمورت روزا في نظريته التسريع الاجتماعي 2013 حيث قدم روزا مساهمة هائلة من خلال إعطائنا فهمًا دقيقًا للتسارع الجيلي مؤداها: - في تسارع التغيير الاجتماعي. في وقت و مکان معين ، يمکن لثلاثة أو أربعة أجيال على الأکثر أن تتواجد معًا ، مما يجعل حدود السنوات الـ 80-100 الماضية "قابلة للانتشار على الفور".وهذا ماکان يحدث في المجتمعات التقليدية في القرن العشرين کان التغيير الاجتماعي جيليًا ،کل جيل "يبدأ من تلقاء نفسه" لـ "شق طريقه في العالم" (بشکل فردي) وتجديد العقد الاجتماعي (بشکل جماعي). وعندما تکون وتيرة التغيير الاجتماعي جيلية ، يمکن للأفراد وضع إستراتيجيات لمجرى الحياة ،.وبناء هويات موحدة تنتقل من جيل للآخر.لکن في القرن الحادي والعشرين وفي عصر الحداثة المتأخرة ، ازداد معدل التغيير الاجتماعي ، مما يجعل وجهات نظر الآباء والأمهات غير ذي صلة تقريبا، ويقلل من القدرة على وضع استراتيجية على مدى الحياة، وبالتالي يؤدي إلى هويات ذات السياسة الظرفية ؛ وبناء علي ذلک  نلمح ثمة تغيرات طرأت علي خصائص التنشئة الاجتماعية الحديثة  فهي تحدث في ظروف "الحداثة المتغيرة". ففي المواقف المستقرة في الحداثة الکلاسيکية، کانت توجد قواعد ومؤسسات صارمة معينة للتنشئة الاجتماعية، تحدد بوضوح التقنيات والطريق الذي ينبغي أن يسير عليه الشباب. الآن تفترض الثقافة الحديثة متعددة الأبعاد مسبقًا التنشئة الاجتماعية "السائلة" ، التي يکون فيها التأثير متعدد الأوجه وغير موجه  ففي مجتمع المعرفة نحن نتحدث عن تشکيل نوع جديد من التنشئة الاجتماعية له متطلباته وتسعي هذه المقاربة في تحديدها لرسم خطوة لمستقبل الشباب . 
Requirements of Social Upbringing of Youth  in a Community of Accelerated Technology
"A Study run in the light of Hartmut Rosa's Theory of Social Acceleration"

Abstract
        This research handles the requirements of social upbringing of youth in a society characterized by social acceleration and liquidity in the light of Hartmut Rosa's theory of social acceleration (2013). Rosa has made a great contribution by introducing an accurate understanding of generational acceleration leading to an acceleration of social change in a specified place and time. Three or four generations can exist together, at most, and that would extend the limit of the last 80 to 100 years spreadable immediately. Such incident took place in the traditional societies of the twentieth century as social change was generational; each generation started by itself to make his way in the world (individually) and renew the social contract (collectively). When the pace of social change is generational, individuals can develop strategies for the course of life, establish unified identities which move from generation to another but in the twenty- first century and in the age of late modernity, the rate of social change has increased. Accordingly, such increase makes the viewpoints of fathers and mothers nearly irrelevant and reduces the ability to develop a lifelong strategy and consequently leads to identities of situational policy. Therefore, we note changes that come over the characteristics of modern social upbringing which take place in "changing modernization" circumstances. In stable situations of classical modernization, there were specific strict disciplines and organizations of social upbringing which clearly define the technicalities and way on which youth could go through. Now, multi- dimensional modern culture presumes prior "liquid" social upbringing in which the impact is multi- faceted and disoriented. In a knowledge- based society, we talk about forming a new kind of social upbringing that has its requirements and this research tries to specify such upbringing to take a step toward the future of youth.
