إعداد الشباب  ودورهم في البناء والتعمير

الملخــــص :
إنّ مستقبل أيّ أمّة مُرتَهَنٌ بشبابِهَا، ولذا إن أحسنت الأمم إعداد وإنشاء الجيل الناشئ من شبابها -مع توظيف طاقاتهم توظيفًا صحيحًا- کان لها الريادة والتقدّم والمستقبل الباهر -بإذن الله تعالى-؛ فإنَّ الله لا يُضيع أجر من أحسن عملا. وإنّ من أعظم المهمات وأعلاها شأنا وأصعبها رسالة: إعداد الشباب وصناعتهم صناعة تليق بعمق رسالة الإسلام وعظيم تشريعاته، ولذا کان إعداد شبابنا في الإسلام نموذجًا فريدًا لشمولية الرسالة الإسلامية؛ حيث اشتمل الإعداد على جوانب الذات والحياة المختلفة، فمن إعداد إيماني إلى إعداد اجتماعي وسلوکي وأخلاقي وبدني ودعويّ رشيد.
ويأتي هذا البحث کمساهمة في بناء الوطن بناءً يليق بشريعتنا وحضارتنا الرشيدة، ويتواءم مع أهدافنا وغاياتنا المنشودة، يأتي هذا البحث في وقت تتجاذب الشباب فيه الأفکار المتطرفة والتصورات السلبية الشاذّة، ويأتي هذا البحث ليقدّم منهجًا وسطيًّا متوازنًا في بناء شخصية شبابنا وتوظيفهم بشکل صحيح في بناء أوطانهم وتعميرها، باحثًا عن حلول لبعض مشکلاتهم المعاصرة من أمثال العلاقات العاطفية المحرمة وکيفية التخلص من شرورها، ومن بين أهم نتائج البحث: أولا: عناية النبيّ r بالشباب عناية فائقة راقية شاملة واقعية، ثانيًا: تنوع ملامح الإعداد للشباب المسلم وتکاملها، ثالثًا: تبدأ عملية الإعداد الإيجابي للشباب بإعداد الذات ثم إصلاح المجتمع.
کما أوصى البحث بحسن التنشئة والتربية، مع جودة توظيف طاقات الشباب واحتوائهم عند الخطأ احتواءً يعالج ولا يدمّر، يبني ويعمّر. 
Promoting Youth and their Role in Building and Reconstruction

Abstract
    The future of any nation is closely connected to its youth. Therefore, if nations manage to - well- promote the emerging generations of their youth, properly employ their potentials- they would achieve considerable progress and leadership in the future, God willing. Allah does not allow to be lost the reward of the doer of good. One of the greatest, most difficult and noblest missions is promoting youth and preparing them to cope with the noble mission of Islam and its great legislations. Hence, promoting youth in Islam constitutes a unique example of the comprehensiveness of the message of Islam since promoting youth includes different aspects of life and the self; faithful, social, behavioral, moral, physical, advisory and wise preparations. Accordingly, this research is considered a kind of attribution to the reconstruction of our homeland. Such reconstruction is designed to match our sharia, our prudent civilization and our targeted objectives. Moreover, this research appears in the main time as our youth is torn between extreme ideas, negative and bizarre notions. The research proposes a moderate and balanced methodology for promoting the character of our youth and employing them properly to build and reconstruct their homelands. It also seeks solutions for some modern problems such as unlawful romantic relationships and how to get rid of their evils. Finally, the conclusion sums up the most outstanding findings of the research. One of those findings is that Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him has given real, considerable, comprehensive and elegant attention to youth. Second, the features of promoting the Muslim youth are varied and integrated. Third, the process of positive preparation of youth commences with promoting the self then reforming the whole society. The research has recommended good upbringing and education together with employing the potentials of youth and constructively managing them when they commit any mistakes.
