الملخــــص :
إن من أعظم أسباب الانحراف عند المسلمين الجهل بفقه الخلاف وآدابه، حينها يطغى  العنف في معالجة مسائل اجتهادية على الحوار، وتظهر المخاصمة والمنابذة مکان الصفح والتسامح، وقد يصل الأمر بالبعض إلى التکفير والبغي واستباحة الدماء، ويکون ذلک في مسائل المجتهد فيها مأجور، إما بأجر واحد عند الخطأ أو بأجرين عند الإصابة. لذلک کان هذا البحث لمحاولة وضع ضوابط وقواعد يهتدي بها الشباب المسلم في التعامل مع المخالف حتى لا يقع فريسة للتطرف والانحراف الفکري بسبب الجهل بهذه الضوابط وتلک القواعد. ألتمس في هذا البحث آداب الخلاف کما وردت عن سلفنا الصالح رضي الله عنهم ، کيف کانوا يختلفون، وکيف کان تعاملهم في ظل الخلاف، وما ينبغي أن يتحلى به کل مسلم تجاه المخالف حتى يکون خلافنا منضبطا بأصول الشريعة، مستظلا بظلها السمح، لا يخرج عن النهج الذي رسمه لنا الشرع الکريم.

Abstract
     One of the greatest reasons for deviation for Muslims is their ignorance of the jurisprudence of disagreement and its ethics. Hence, violence dominates the dialogue while dealing with discretionary issues, then controversy and opposition arise in place of forgiveness and tolerance. In some cases, the controversy may lead to expiation, transgression or outlawing. This would be rewarded if the issues are discretionary. The reward may be single in case of error or double in case rightness. Accordingly, this research is a keen trial to establish disciplines and rules to guide Muslim youth while dealing with dissenters, not to be victimized by extremism or intellectual deviation owing to ignorance of such disciplines or rules. The researcher is seeking the ethics of disagreement as inherited from our good ancestors may Allah be pleased with them all. How did they disagree together? How did they deal with each other in case of controversy? And what should every Muslim behave like with those who disagree with him in order to maintain a disciplined controversy according the fundamentals of Sharia and being shaded by its tolerance? Doing so, a Muslim would never digress the approach prescribed by Almighty Allah.
