الملخــــص :
هذا البحث إحدى المحاولات لإثبات أن تراثنا الإسلامي والعربي له السبق والريادة في معالجة قضايا الشباب ومشکلاته المعاصرة في واقع مليء بالأزمات والمتناقضات .
ويهدف البحث إلى بيان حرص السنة النبوية المطهرة على تحريم کل ما يُفسد العقل ويُضره؛ مثل تناول المسکرات بشتى صنوفها وأنواعها؛ لأن في تناولها إفسادًا للعقل، وتدميرًا للصحة، وضياعًا للمال، وذهابًا لکرامة الإنسان، وقد يترتب على تناولها الانحرافات الأخلاقية من ارتکاب الفواحش وترک الصلوات والانهماک في فعل المحرمات وخاصة لدى الشباب؛ والذين هم القوة الضاربة والسواعد الفتية في کل مجتمع من المجتمعات، ولذلک وقفت السنة النبوية المطهرة موقفًا حاسمًا من حيث تحريم المسکرات والتحذير من شربها.
وقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج الاستقرائي النقدي حيث تم استقراء النصوص المذکورة في المخطوط وعزوها إلى مصادرها الأصلية ، وتخريج الأحاديث النبوية والحکم عليها وفق منهج النقد الحديثي وقواعد أهل الحديث ، والتعليق على ما يحتاج إلى بيان وتوضيح.
ومن أهم نتائج هذا البحث: بيان أهمية تراثنا الإسلامي والعربي في معالجة قضايا وأزمات تؤرق عالمنا المعاصر ومنها تناول المسکرات بشتى أنواعها وصنوفها، کذلک الإشارة إلى أن السنة النبوية المطهرة منهج حياة يحوي من القيم والآداب والتشريعات والأحکام التي لو تمسک بها الناس في عالمنا المعاصر لسعدوا في الدنيا والآخرة.

The research at hand embodies a vigorous attempt to prove that our Islamic and Arabic heritage has the lead and precedence in tackling the modern issues that face our youth in their real world which is full of crises and contradictions. The research is also keen to show how the pure prophetic Sunnah is keen on prohibiting all what causes harm or corruption to the mind such as having intoxicants which damage the mind, health, squander money, makes man lose his dignity. In addition, having intoxicants may lead to moral deviations such as committing shameful deeds, giving up prayers and doing illicit acts especially by youth who represent the strike force and forearms for every society. Therefore, the purified Sunnah has followed a decisive stance towards prohibiting intoxicants and warned against drinking them. The research has applied the critical inductive approach where the texts mentioned in the manuscript have been red, discussed and related to their original sources. Next, the Hadiths have been authenticated and judged in accordance with the critical approach of Hadith and the rules applied by Hadith scholars. Moreover, the researcher provides comments where is needed. The most outstanding findings of the research include emphasizing the importance of considering our Islamic and Arabic heritage when tackling the crises and issues that face our modern world such as having any kind of the various intoxicants as well as referring to the purified Sunnah as an approach of life that includes values, arts, provisions and legislations which would lead to happiness in our life and in the hereafter, if people are committed to it.
