الضبط الاجتماعي بالضغط المجتمعي وأبرز تطبيقاته الفقهية

الملخص:
إن الضبط الاجتماعي من أفضل الوسائل التي قام عليه الإسلام، وأمر أتباعه بتطبيقه في حياتهم حتى ينعموا بالراحة والطمأنينة في حياتهم، ووسائل الضبط الاجتماعي کثيرة ومتنوعة، لذلک فقد جاء هذا البحث لبيان حقيقة الضبط الاجتماعي وأبرز تطبيقاته الفقهية، وقد اقتضت طبيعة البحث أن يکون في مقدمة، وثلاثة مباحث، وخاتمة. أما المقدمة: فقد ذکرت فيها مشکلة البحث، وأهميته، ومنهجه، وخطته. فأما المبحث الأول فقد تناولت فيه مفهوم الضبط الاجتماعي بالضغط المجتمعي، وفي المبحث الثاني بينت أبرز وسائل الضبط الاجتماعي بالضغط المجتمعي، وفي المبحث الثالث ذکرت بعض التطبيقات الشرعية للضبط الاجتماعي بالضغط المجتمعي.
وأما الخاتمة: فقد جاء فيها أهم النتائج ومنها: أن الضبط الاجتماعي هو إصلاح وتسيير المجتمع على نظام وضوابط وأسس، يصل بها إلى التنظيم والاتحاد، وأن للضغط المجتمعي أهداف وغايات توخي من ورائها تحقيق المجتمع المثالي، الذي يرفع راية الذاتية في تنظيف نفسه، وتقويم سلوک أفراده والأخذ على يد المنحرف، لينطبق بذلک وصف الله تعالى لهذه الأمة بأنها خير الأمم، وما نالت تلک الخيرية إلا باتصافها بأنها تأمر بالمعروف وتنهى عن المنکر، وأن لولي الأمر المسلم الحق أن يمنع من يخشى أن يحدث قوله وفکره انحرافًا فکريًا على المسلمين، وهذا ما يجب أن يفعل في وقتنا الحاضر.
ومن التوصيات التي خرج بها البحث: الممارسة العملية لفکرة الضغط الاجتماعي باعتبارها فکرة فعالة، عن طريق نشرها في وسائل الإعلام المختلفة، ودعوة الباحثين إلى مزيد من الغوص في أعماق تلک الفکرة، ونشرها کوسيلة من وسائل الضبط الاجتماعي للمجتمع ککل،  حتى ينتظم سير الأفراد والأمم على طريق قويم لا اعوجاج فيه.

Abstract
Social control is one of the best means upon which Islam relies. Islam has also urged its followers to utilize social control to enjoy comfort and peace of mind in their life. Social control can be achieved through various means so that this research is designed to clarify the truth of social control and its most outstanding jurisprudential applications. Accordingly, the research includes an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. The introduction exposes the main issue of the research, its importance, the approach applied and its plan. As for the first chapter, it discusses the concept of social control through communal pressure. The second chapter highlights the most outstanding means of social control through communal pressure whereas the third chapter displays some jurisprudential applications of social control through communal pressure. The conclusion sums up the important findings of the research. one of those findings is that social control is purely a kind of reformation which helps the society follow a certain discipline, rules and principles which may lead to organization and unity. In addition, the communal pressure has its objectives and ends beyond which the society seeks achieving idealism where subjectivity rises to clean one's self, evaluate the behavior of the individuals and control any pervert to be compatible with the description of Almighty Allah of the nation as the best model for all people. The Muslim nation has not received such honour haphazardly but it was through enjoining the right and forbidding the wrong. Moreover, the Muslim ruler has the right to prevent those whose words or thoughts may cause intellectual perversity among the Muslim community from influencing the whole nation and this is what has to be done at present. Finally, the research has drawn attention to some recommendations such as practical applications of communal pressure which proves to be an effective idea. It should be propagated through various forms of mass media as well as urging researchers to process this idea as an effective means of social control of the whole society to help organize the behavior of its individuals and lead the whole nation along the right path.
