بيان الساجد في شرح حديث " قيام الجالس للقادم "

ملخص البحث:
هذا البحث يعتبر دراسة تحليلية لحديث نبوي شريف يتعلق بعادة من العادات القديمة المنتشرة بين الناس، لا سيما أصحاب الوجاهة والمکانة في المجتمع. وان کانت هذه العادة تقع أيضا بين أحاد الناس بدون استثناء وهي قيام الجالس للقادم على المجلس والترحيب والحفاوة به. وقد جاء الحديث يحذر من السرور والفرح بقيام مخصوص، ولا سيما للملوک والأمراء وأصحاب الوجاهة والمکانة، وهو أن يکون الشخص جالسا والناس حوله واقفين حوله على سبيل التعظيم والکبر، فحذر النبي ‘ من هذا الوقوف لما فيه من إذلال الواقف وإهانته، ولما يدخل في قلب الجالس من الکبر والعظمة والتعالي على خلق الله.
وقمت بدراسة متن الحديث وتخريجه تخريجا علميا، وبينت اختلاف الروايات، وترجمت لراويه الأعلى، وبينت معاني الألفاظ العربية بالرجوع الى کتب غريب الحديث والمعاجم اللغوية وشروح الحديث، وقمت بدراسة إسناد الحديث وکذا الأحاديث الأخرى المتعلقة بموضوع البحث وحکمت عليها بما يليق بحالها. واتبعت في هذه الدراسة المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي الاستنباطي، الذي ارتسم في قراءة الآيات القرآنية والأحاديث وتخريجهما وتحليل واستنباط الأحکام منهما مستعينا في ذلک بأقوال وشروح العلماء والمحدثين، وقد خلص البحث إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: أن القيام للجالس منه ما هو محمود، ومنه ما هو مذموم، وإنما المذموم والمحظور هو ما کان مأمورا به على سبيل الکبر والتعالي. وأن الوعيد المستحق على القيام للجالس إنما يستحقه من سر وفرح بذلک. ولا يدخل في ذلک القيام للعلماء والوالدين وأهل الصلاح وغيرهم من أهل المروءات.

‘A rising person to greet someone's coming’

Abstract:
    This research is an analytical study of a Prophetic saying related to an old habit among people specially dignitaries and people of high position in the society; namely a sitting person who rises to greet someone's coming. Though this habit is also popular with common people rising to welcome someone's coming warmly. Basically, the Hadith warns against rejoicing and joviality done in the presence of kings, princes and dignitaries which turns out to be glorification and over magnification. In other words; the person of such high position should not be sitting while people around him/ her are standing. The Prophet warned against this because it is a kind of humiliation and insult directed against the people who are greeting this conceited and arrogant person. Regarding this topic, the researcher has discussed different types of sitting in the Hadith and pointed out the different approaches of Islamic scholars concerning greeting. He has traced two different opinions: those who do not favor standing up to welcome someone's coming and those who accepted and allowed it. Each group has offered its sound argument and evidence. The researcher has discussed both attitudes which have led to the following findings: standing to greet someone's coming can be acted out in different forms; rising may be allowed in some situations and disfavored in others. The reason for this is the intention of the rising person. Finally, the research concludes with the outstanding findings, recommendations, conclusion and references.
