نقد المحبين الأخيار لحديث " إن أبى وأباک في النار "

الملخـــــص
من علوم السنة النبوية المتعددة " علم مُختَلَف الحديث ومُشکله " ، وإن للعلماء مسالک عدة في وضع مُختَلَف الحديث ، والقول الذى عليه جماهير أهل العلم في وضع التعارض بين مُختَلَف الحديث هو أن يسلک المجتهد طرقاً متعددة کالجمع بين الحديثين والنسخ وکيفية التفريق بين مُختَلَف الحديث ومُشکله ، هذا وقد أُثيرَت حول جملة من الأحاديث النبوية على صاحبها أفضل الصلاة وأتم التحية بعض الإشکالات وهنا ينتصب العلماء مدافعين عن هذه الأحاديث مُزيحين لهذه الإشکالات التي تعتريها وهذا مهم جداً ومفيد للغاية في باب الرواية .
ومن هذا المُنطَلَق رأيت أن في حديث "إن أبى وأباک في النار" إشکالاً فأردت أن أجلى الأمر وأزيح – بقدر إمکاني – ما ورد على هذا الحديث الصحيح الذى أخرجه مسلم في صحيحه ، وما اعتراه من إشکال وذلک صوناً للصحيح وذباً عنه لکيلا يتطرق الشک إلى حديث من أحاديثه ، هذا من ناحية ومن ناحية أخرى الذَب عن الجناب النبوي وعدم إعطاء الفرصة للطاعنين الذين يبغون التنقيص من قدر النبي ‘ ، هذا وقد عنيت بالأدلة الصحيحة في مواطن الاستدلال ، کما عنيت بيان الألفاظ الغريبة وبالتخريج مقدماً البخاري ثم مسلم ثم بقية السنة، وقد اشتمل البحث على مقدمة وتمهيد وثلاث مباحث :
الأول: نص الحديث عن الإمام مسلم وتخريجه ورأى الإمام السيوطي في الحديث و رد المعارضين لرأيه ، والثاني : شُبُهات مُثارة لرد الحديث ، والثالث : نقد الشيعة للصحيح وقَدْحهم فيه ، وحسم دار الإفتاء المصرية الجدل حول المسألة ، ثم زيلت ذلک ببعض النتائج والتوصيات ثم الخاتمة وأهم المصادر .
Good Disciples' Criticism of the Hadith "My Father and Yours are in Hell-Fire"

Abstract
    One of the various sciences of the prophetic Sunnah is “the science of the diversity of Hadith and its problematics”. Scholars of Hadith have various attitudes towards the placement of the diverse Hadiths. The view that the masses of scholars have believed in about how to place conflicted Hadiths in between diverse Hadiths is that a diligent scholar would try multiple ways such as combining the two Hadiths، duplicating them and how to differentiate between the diverse Hadiths and their problematic peers. Hence، some issues have been raised around a group of prophetic traditions and here me scholars rise to defend those Hadiths by addressing those issues which is very crucial and useful in the section of narration. In this respect، the researcher has employed the Hadith of “My father and yours are in Hell- Fire” as a problematic seeking to clarify as far as possible- all the issues related to this Hadith which was authenticated by Imam Muslim in his Sahih. On the one hand، the researcher has highlighted the problematic in order to preserve and defend the accredited Hadith letting nobody to doubt any of Imam Muslim's Hadiths. On the other hand، the research is keen on defending prophet Muhammad 's (peace be upon him) side by not allowing appellants any chance to degrade the true value of our Prophet، peace be upon him. Accordingly، the research has relied on true evidence where needed. It has also been keen on studying the bizarre words as well as the authentication placing Imam Bukhari first، Imam Muslim second and the other Imams of Sunnah come after them. Thus، the research includes an introduction and three chapters. The first chapter displays the text of Hadith about Imam Muslim، its authentication، Imam Al- Suyuti's viewpoint regarding the Hadith and the counter views. The second chapter studies the arising suspicions in response to the Hadith. The third chapter highlights the Shiites’ slander and criticism of the accredited Hadith. The chapter also draws attention to the Egyptian House Fatwa which has settled the controversy regarding this issue. Finally، the research concludes with the findings، recommendations and references.
