طرق معرفة معاني ألفاظ الجرح والتعديل

الملخــــص :
تناولت في هذا البحث أحد مواضيع علم الجرح والتعديل، التي من خلالها يمکن للباحث في هذا العلم أن يعرف معاني الألفاظ التي استخدمها علماء الجرح والتعديل عند حکمهم على الرواة، وقد جعلت عنوان البحث «طرق معرفة معاني ألفاظ الجرح والتعديل»، وقسمته إلى مقدمة وخمسة مباحث. أما المقدمة فقد ذکرت فيها الدافع لکتابة هذا البحث وخطته، وأما المبحث الأول فقد تناولت فيه الطريقة الأولى لمعرفة معاني ألفاظ الجرح والتعديل، وهي أن ينص العالم على مراده من لفظ الجرح والتعديل. وأما المبحث الثاني فذکرت الطريقة الثانية لمعرفة معاني ألفاظ الجرح والتعديل، وهي أن ينص أحد تلاميذ العالم أو أحد الأئمة بعدهم على مراد شيخه أو العالم الفلاني من لفظ الجرح والتعديل. وأما المبحث الثالث فقد ذکرت فيه الطريقة الثالثة لمعرفة معاني ألفاظ الجرح والتعديل، وهي طريق الاستقراء والتتبع لعبارات العالم ومقارنة کلامه بکلام غيره لتحديد مراده من لفظ الجرح والتعديل. وأما المبحث الرابع فذکرت فيه الطريقة الرابعة من طرق معرفة معاني ألفاظ الجرح والتعديل، وهي النظر في سياق العالم للفظة الجرح والتعديل، وذلک لمعرفة مراده من اللفظة.وأما المبحث الخامس فتناولت فيه الطريقة الخامسة من طرق معرفة معاني ألفاظ الجرح والتعديل، وهي الرجوع إلى کتب اللغة والأمثال لمعرفة أصل استعمال الکلمة التي اعتمد عليه العالم في تعديله وتجريحه، ومدى التزامه بالمعنى اللغوي أو قارب بينه وبين استعماله، وذلک لمعرفة مراد العالم من لفظة الجرح والتعديل. وقد سقت العديد من الأمثلة والتطبيقات في ثنايا کل مبحث لبيان الطريقة وتوضيحها جلية؛ حيث إنه بالمثال يتضح المقال. ثم ختمت البحث بخاتمة ذکرت فيها أهم ما توصلت إليه من نتائج من خلال البحث.
Ways to know the Meaning of Discrediting and Endorsement of Narrators

Abstract
This research handles the topic of discrediting and endorsement of narrators through which the researcher of this science would recognize the meaning of words utilized by the scholars of this science when judging the narrators. Hence this research is entitled “Ways to know the Meaning of Discrediting and Endorsement of the Narrators”, and it is divided into an introduction and five sections. The introduction highlights the reason beyond writing this research. The first section deals with the first method of knowing the meaning of the words discrediting and endorsement of the narrators in which the scholar manifests what he signifies by the words discrediting and endorsement of the narrators. The second section displays the second way to uncover the meaning of the words discrediting and endorsement of the narrators in which one of the disciples of the scholar or one of the Imams of the scholar tells about his conception of those words. The third section tells about the way of inducting and tracing the statements of the scholar in comparison with other statements of other scholars to decide what is meant by those words. The fourth section examines the context of the words discrediting and endorsement of the narrators to understand what they mean. The fifth section draws attention to language and proverbs books in order to find the origins of using the word on which the scholar relied in discrediting and endorsing the narrators as well as how far the scholar was keen on that linguistic meaning and its close usage to know the signified meaning of the word for the scholar. The researcher has added numerous examples in each section to clarify the method and make it clear since examples clarify the purpose. Finally, the conclusion highlights the findings of the research.
