نقد المتن بين تأصيل المتقدمين وتقعيد المعاصرين، دراسة حديثية نقدية لقاعدة ذکرها المعلمي اليماني (ت1386 هـ) في مقدمة تحقيقه لکتاب" الفوائد المجموعة للشوکاني " تتعلق بنکارة المتن

الملخــــص :
يتناول هذا البحث قاعدة ذکرها المعلمي اليماني تتعلق بنقد المتن، ويهدف البحث إلى: بيان مدى صحة القاعدة التي أصلها الشيخ المعلمي اليماني ومدى توافقها مع القواعد التي قررها أئمة الحديث ونقاده المتقدمون، وأيضا توضيح العلاقة بين نقد الإسناد ونقد المتن، وإظهار منهجية النقد عند المحدثين، وأنهم کانت لهم أصول وقواعد دقيقة يعتمدون عليها في نقد الأحاديث سندًا ومتناً، وقد اتبعت في هذا البحث المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي، وتوصلت من خلال الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: أنه لابد من مراعاة الجانب النظري والتطبيقي للأئمة عند دراسة أي قاعدة، أن کثيرا من الأمثلة التي استدل بها المعلمي اليماني ‌ لا تتوافق مع ما ذکره على أنه قاعدة، أن الکلام في علل الحديث نقلا فقط بدون دراسة تطبيقية ضرره على الباحثين والدارسين أکثر من فائدته،أن المحدثين اهتموا بنقد المتن وکانت لهم أصول وقواعد في ذلک، وليس کما يزعم البعض من أنهم اهتموا بنقد الإسناد وأغفلوا المتن، أنه لا تلازم بين صحة الإسناد وصحة المتن؛ إذ قد يصح الإسناد ولا يصح المتن والعکس.

Abstract
 This research deals with a rule stated by Al-Muallami Al-Yamani regarding the criticism of the text. The research examines the rule originated by Sheikh Al-Muallami Al-Yamani to see to what extent it is valid and compatible with the rules verified by the Imams of Hadith and the preceding critics. In addition, the research sheds light on the relationship between the criticism of the chain of transmission and that of the text as well as the critical approach followed by the scholars of Hadith. Moreover, the scholars of Hadith had relied on precise principles and rules in their criticism of the text and the chain of transmission. The research follows the inductive- analytical approach. By the end of the research, the researcher has highlighted the most outstanding findings. For instance, it is necessary to consider the theoretical and practical aspects of the Imams while studying any rule. Another finding is that many examples which Al- Mualami Al-Yamani (may Allah have mercy on him) stated do not agree with what he mentioned as a rule. Speaking about the purposes of the Hadith by quoting only without conducting any applied study, has more disadvantages for the researchers and scholars than its advantages. In addition, the scholars of Hadith were interested in criticizing the text, they had their disciplines and rules not as some claimed that they were concerned only with criticizing the chain of transmission and neglected the text. Finally, there is no correlation between the authenticity of the transmission and that of the text since the transmission may be accredited whereas the text is not or vice versa.
