الملخــص:
الهدف من البحث: الوقوف على مفهوم ضمان العارية في اللغة والاصطلاح، واستخراج الأحکام الفقهية التي تتعلق بضمان العارية من أقوال الفقهاء.
 والمنهج المتبع، المنهج الاستقرائي؛ حيث أقوم باستقراء أقوال الفقهاء في مسألة ضمان العارية، وبيان طريقتهم في تناولها من خلال استقراء کلامهم فيها.
-المنهجين الاستدلالي والتحليلي النقدي؛ حيث أقوم بذکر أقوال الفقهاء في المسائل الفقهية، مع ذکر أدلة کل قول، ومناقشتها مناقشة علمية، وصولا إلى الراجح من الأقوال في المسألة.
والنتائج التي توصلت إليها: إن العارية هي إباحة نفع عين بلا عوض، وأن أرکان العارية أربعة، وهي: المعير، والمستعير، والعين المعارة، والصيغة، وأن العارية مشروعة بالکتاب والسنة والإجماع والقياس، والأدلة على ذلک کثيرة. 
Irregular readings in the vocabulary of Ibn Muhaisen al-Makki by Imam al-Ahwaz in the first part From Surat Al-Baqarah

Abstract:
This research deals with the irregular readings mentioned in the first part of Surat Al-Baqarah from the vocabulary of Ibn Muhaisen Al-Makki by Imam Abi Ali Al-Ahwazi through study and analysis، and it includes an introduction to the anomalous readings and an explanation of the meaning of the term brushes and a brief summary of the singular and its author Imam Al-Ahwazi. This research also shows the importance of the anomalous readings. Through an analytical study of each reading and a statement of the linguistic level that it contains، and the phenomenon that represents it، detailing the saying in directing these readings، clarifying the role of each reading in enriching the meaning، and documenting its agreement with the words of the Arabs، in addition to documenting and attributing these readings to Imam Ibn Muhaisen al-Makki The mothers of books of readings and books of interpretation and language concerned with the inclusion of this type of readings.
