ملخص البحث:
تناول هذا البحث مجالس النحاة والفقهاء وأثرها في الأحکام الفقهية، وقد اشتمل البحث على مقدمة، وفصلين، وخاتمة، وهذا البحث يهدف إلى إبراز الدور الذي تمثله القواعد النحوية في الفروع الفقهية، والتأکيد على تعاون العلوم العربية مع العلوم الشرعية؛ من أجل خدمة الکتاب والسنة، کذلک يبرز الصلة الوثيقة بين النحاة والفقهاء، ويکشف عما کان يتم في مجالسهم من مناقشة القضايا العلمية المتصلة بالعِلْمين،  ويظهر لنا کيف أن الحکم الفقهي کان يتغير –أحيانا- تبعًا لتغير حرکات الإعراب في بعض الأساليب، کما يهدف إلى کشف أثر القواعد النحوية في الأحکام الفقهية، وذکر ما يترتب عليها في کتب الفقهاء.

Abstract
       This research displays the assemblies of grammarians and jurists, and their impact upon the jurisprudential provisions. The research includes an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion. The main objective of the research is to highlight the role of grammatical rules, which influences the jurisprudential branches, as well as the integration in between Arabic sciences and the sciences of Sharia for the sake of serving the Holy Qur'an and Sunnah. In addition, the research sheds light upon the close relationship between the jurists and grammarians. It also tries to find out if their assemblies had discussed any scientific or academic issues related to their sciences showing how the juristic provision got occasionally altered in consequence of the inflectional movement attributed to some styles. Moreover, the research is keen on finding out the impact of grammatical rules on jurisprudential provisions and the consequent changes as seen in the jurisprudential books.
