هذا بحث بعنوان: منهج الإمام سِراج الدِّين ابن الْمُلقِّن في الترجيحات الفقهية من خلال کتابه: الإعلام بفوائد عمدة الأحکام، ومنهج البحث في ترجيحات الإمامِ ابن الْمُلقِّن يُجلِّي للباحثين طَريقتَه في التَّفقُّه، ومنهجَه العِلمي في الفتوى والاسْتِنبَاط، لا سيَّما وأنَّه قد جمعَ بين عِلمَي الحديثِ والفِقه، وبَرَزَ حرصُه في الترجيح المُستَنِدِ على الدَّليل، ونقدِ النُّقولِ، وتحقيقِ الأقوالِ مع اليُسرِ في العبارة، والبُعدِ عن التَّکلُّف والتَّعقيد، واهتمام الفُقَهاء -على اختلاف مذاهبهم، في سائرِ الأزمان- بنَقْلِ فِقه الإمام ابن الْمُلقِّن، مما يدلُّ على أهميَّتِها ومکانتها العِلمية، شأنُها شأنُ صاحبِها الإمامِ ابنِ الْمُلقِّن ؛ حيث يُعَدُّ مُجتهِدًا مُستنِدًا إلى الدَّليل، يُخالف في بعضِ مَسائلِه رأيَ الإمامِ وما عليه المعتَمَدُ من المذهبِ، ومن أهم النتائج المترتبة على البحث تميز منهج ابن الملقن في الترجيحات الفقهية، وکذا جمع ابن الملقن في ترجيحاته بين علمي الحديث والفقه المستند على الدليل، واليسر في العبارة والبعد عن التکلف والتعقيد، ومن أهم التوصيات: أنه ما زالت الحاجة ماسة إلى دراسة منهج ابن الملقن في الترجيحات الفقهية، وکذلک إبراز مثل هذه المناهج في الترجيحات يثقل الباحثين ويعطيهم القدرة على الاستنباط والفهم، فضلاً عن هذا أهمية ومکانة ابن الملقن بين أقرانه في الفقه الإسلامي.

Abstract
    This research handles Imam Serj Al- deen Ibn Al- mulkin's methodology of jurisprudential preponderance in his book Al- Elam Bi- fawaed Al-ahkam (Declaring the Benefits of Established Provisions). This methodology facilitates the way of acquisition for the researchers since its scientific approach of fatwa (seeking religious opinions) and induction is unparalleled especially because it has combined the two sciences of Hadith and jurisprudence. In addition, its keenness on preponderance based upon evidence is clearly apparent. It is also concerned about examining the handed downs and authenticating statements in a simple way which is also very far from pretentions or complications. It is also keen on tracing the interest of the jurists regardless of their schools or their times. Hence, the research intends to display the approach of Imam Ibn al- mulkin due to its importance and its academic and scientific prestige as well as the position of its author Imam Ibn Al- mulkin. Imam Ibn Al- mulkin is thought of as a jurist doing his best relying on truthful evidence. In some cases, the book disagrees with the opinions of the Imam and the established ideas of the school. The most important findings of the research are the supremacy of Ibn Al- mulkin's approach of jurisprudential preponderance and thus Ibn Al- mulkin has combined both the sciences of Hadith and jurisprudence based upon evidence. Some of the most important recommendations are the need to study Ibn Al- mulkin's approach of jurisprudential preponderance as well as highlighting such approaches of preponderance to enrich researchers and provide them with the talent to induct and understand let alone the importance and position of Ibn Al-mulkin in between his peers in the Islamic Jurisprudence.
