ملخص البحث:
يعالج هذا البحث مسألة مهمة من مسائل علوم الحديث وهي صياغة الحديث عند التخريج، وقد قمت بتحرير هذه المسألة وجمع شتاتها، فتعرضت لعدة أمور تعين الباحث على صياغة الحديث عند التخريج صياغة صحيحة، وجاء هذا البحث بمباحثه الأربعة لبيان هذه المسألة فتعرضت الدراسة لعبارات المحدثين المستخدمة عند صياغة الحديث سواء تخص مصدر الحديث أو لفظ الحديث. ثم تعرضت الدراسة لأهم خطوات الوصول لصياغة الحديث، وکيفية صياغة الحديث عند الاختلاف، ثم تعرضت الدراسة لترتيب مصادر التخريج وما يؤخذ منها عند التخريج.
وخلصت الدراسة إلى أهمية هذه المسألة عند التخريج حيث يستطيع الباحث أن يصيغ الحديث صياغة علمية، وتوليفية سليمة لما تحصل عليه من معلومات عن الحديث عند التخريج.

Abstract
 
      This research highlights an important issue related to Hadith sciences, namely phrasing Hadiths before documentation. The researcher has thoroughly investigated and discussed this issue through considering various aspects that would help him to phrase any Hadith before documentation correctly. The research includes four chapters and a conclusion.  Basically, the four chapters examine the phrases utilized by Hadith scholars to shape Hadiths whether those phrases genuinely belong to the source of Hadiths or their versions. Next, the research displays the important steps towards achieving a documentation of Hadiths. In addition, the research tells how to phrase Hadiths when there is controversy. After that, the research handles the process of arranging the sources of documentation and which ones should be considered during this process. In conclusion, the research draws attention to the importance of the process of documenting Hadiths as it helps the researcher achieve a scientific documentation and a harmonious combination based upon the information related to the targeted Hadiths.
