الأقوال الجلية في تصحيح المفاهيم المغلوطة لبعض الأحاديث النبوية (جمعاً ودراسة)

ملخص البحث:
 اشتهرت بعض الأحاديث النبوية على ألسنة الناس وما زالوا يتداولونها ويتناقلونها، وهذه الأحاديث منها الصحيح ومنها الحسن، ومنها الضعيف، ومنها الموضوع، لکن البعض قد أساء فهمها، واستدل بها في غير موضعها، ورتب عليها أحکاماً بناء على فهم مغلوط لها، حيث يستدلون بها دون الوقوف على أسباب ورودها، ودون معرفة بما إذا کان العموم الذي تضمنه الحديث باقياً أم خُصص بأدلة أخرى. أو بما إذا کان مطلقا وقيد بأمر آخر، ويعتمدون في فهمهم على ظواهر النصوص دون الوقوف على مقاصدها أو الرجوع إلى کلام الشراح من أئمة الحديث الأعلام الذين لا يخلو منهم زمان، وتکفل الله بحفظ کتبهم على مرّ الأيام والأزمان، يفعلون ذلک ظنًا منهم أن رسول اللهH قد أرادها، وهي بعيدة کل البعد عن منهج النبوة، ولا مستند لهم إلا الفهم الخاطئ القائم على الموروث الفکري الخاطئ. وبالتالي فإنهم يعطلون کلام النبوة ويصرفونه عن وجهه الصحيح.
 لذلک استخرت الله تعالى في تناول هذا البحث؛ لأصحح هذه المفاهيم المغلوطة، وذلک بتتبع أقوال العلماء الذين شرحوا هذه الأحاديث، وبينوا مفاهيمها الصحيحة، ومقاصدها المرادة، وأحکامها المستفادة، والتي تبرز محاسن الإسلام وسماحته وعدالته وکماله. وذلک لإزاحة المفاهيم المغلوطة ورفعها، والتي تظهر الإسلام بمظهر التشدد، وتؤدي إلى نشر سلوکيات ومعاملات وأفکار وقناعات، تتنافى مع مبادئ الإسلام وعدالته وسماحته وکماله. فاللهَ أسألُ التوفيق والإعانة والسداد.

Abstract
Some prophetic traditions are very popular with people as they circulate and repeat them. These Hadiths vary from authentic (Sahih), fair (Hassan) to the doubtful (Da'eef) or fabricated (Mawdo'). Some people misunderstand these Hadiths and use them in an inconvenient context. Hence, they have developed incorrect judgments because of such misunderstanding. They have also utilized these Hadiths without being sure of their true purposes. They don't even know whether the general meaning of these Hadiths remain the same or got modified by other clues. Likewise, they do not know if those Hadiths were absolute or bounded with other purposes. To understand the texts, those people relied on the externals rather than the objectives or the interpretations of the pioneering Hadith scholars who never missed an age. Allah has safeguarded those books all over the time. They do so because they thought that prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) meant those simple meanings but they are so far from the approach of prophethood. In fact, they had nothing to rely on rather than their misunderstanding which is based upon erroneous intellectual legacy. Consequently, they block the way before the teachings of Sunnah or even turn it away from its true terrain. Therefore, the researcher sought guidance of Allah through writing this research to correct these misconceptions by tracing the interpretations which declare the intended purposes and true conceptions of the Hadiths under study which refer to the tolerance, perfection and justice of Islam.  In addition, the study aims at removing the misconceptions accusing Islam of inflexibility and spreading some ideas, attitudes and convictions that don't match the principles of Islam. I sought the help of Allah and cherished success.
