بسط المقال في أحاديث نداء المؤذن "الصلاة في الرحال"

الملخــص :
من الحوادث التي حصلت في عصرنا الحاضر انتشار فيروس کورونا المعروف بکوفيد 19 المستجد، فاتخذت حکومات الدول الإسلامية قرارًا بتعطيل الجمع والجماعات، وتضمين الأذان عبارة نداء المؤذن "صلوا في رحالکم"، وقد أثار ذلک جدلًا وتساؤلًا بين الکثير من الناس حول مشروعية هذا النداء في الشريعة الإسلامية والأحکام المتعلقة بالصلاة في الرحال، فکان ذلک داعيًا إلى کتابة هذا البحث، فجاء بعنوان "بسط المقال في أحاديث نداء المؤذن: الصلاة في الرحال"، وقد جاء هذا البحث متضمنًا مقدمة، وتمهيدًا، ومبحثين، وخاتمة.
فأما المقدمة فتناولت سبب اختياري لموضوع البحث، وخطته. وأما التمهيد فجاء بعنوان "مفهوم الصلاة في الرحال". وأما المبحث الأول فجاء بعنوان "أحاديث الصلاة في الرحال - جمعًا ودراسة". وأما المبحث الثاني فجاء بعنوان "الصلاة في الرحال - دراسة فقهية"، وأما الخاتمة فتناولت فيها أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها من خلال هذا البحث ومن أهمها ثبوت مشروعية النداء بالصلاة في الرحال ومراعاة السنة النبوية في مجمل أحکامها التيسير ورفع الحرج والضيق عن المکلفين. 
An Exposition of the Hadiths Regarding the Call for Prayers
 "Pray in your Dwellings"

Abstract
    COVID 19 (corona virus disease 2019) is one of the critical incidents that took place in the modern age. Accordingly, governments of the Muslim states decided to suspend the Jumma and congregational Prayers as well as modifying the call for prayer by adding the utterance "pray you dwell". Such modification resulted in controversy and large inquiries in between people about the legitimacy of such call for prayer in the Islamic Sharia and the provisions related to prayers where people dwell. Such incidents influenced the researcher to write this paper. This paper includes an introduction, a preamble, two chapters and a conclusion. The introduction highlights the reason why the researcher selected this topic and the research plan. The preamble is entitled "The Concept of Prayer in the Dwelling". The first chapter is dedicated to tackle "The Hadiths of Prayers in the Dwelling- the collected Hadiths for this Study". The second chapter deals with "Prayers in the Dwelling- a Jurisprudential Study". Finally, the conclusion displays the important findings of the research such as proving the legitimacy of the utterance "pray in your dwelling" amid the call for prayers. Another finding is that the entire provisions of the Sunnah are meant to facilitate as well as to remove the hardships and mitigate the difficulties that face the liable adults.
