الخطوات العملية لشرح حديث خير البرية

ملخص البحث:
تعد خدمة السنة النبوية شرفاً عظيماً لمن وفق لذلک؛ لکونها المصدر الثاني للتشريع الإسلامي، حيث حظي الحديث النبوي عناية کبيرة من قبل العلماء، وتنوعت جهودهم في التصنيف فيه، جمعا، وتخريجا وتحقيقا، وشرحا وتحليلا؛ لبيان معانيه، وتوضيح مقاصده، وبيان بلاغته، وما حواه من آداب وأحکام، وفقه ومناسبات، وقد تعددت مناهجهم وطرائقهم في ذلک، وتفننوا فيه کل تفنن. ونظرا لأهمية هذا الموضوع، وتعلقه بفقه الحديث، وشرحه، ودرايته الذي هو ثمرة علوم الحديث وغايتها ومقصدها وبه قوام الشريعة، وحاجة المعتنين بشرح الحديث النبوي إلى الوقوف على الخطوات العملية الصحيحة، والضوابط العلمية القويمة التي يجب مراعاتها؛ لشرحه، وبيان معانيه وتفسيرها، واستنباط فوائده، وأحکامه، ؛ وذلک لکي يستقيم وينضبط لهم فهم الحديث، والسلامة مما وقع فيه الکثيرون بسبب الغلط في هذا الباب، وقع اختياري على هذا الموضوع الموسوم بـ: (الخطوات العملية لشرح حديث خير البرية)؛ وذلک لتأصيل تلک الخطوات على أسس علمية متينة، وبيانها وتوضيحها من خلال التطبيق العملي لها؛ ليفيد منها المعنيون بشرحه، وتدريسه. وقد اقتضت طبيعة البحث تقسيمه إلى مقدمة وستة مباحث، حيث تناول المبحث الأول: التعريف بـ (علم شرح الحديث)، في اللغة والاصطلاح مع ذکر أنواعه، وتناول المبحث الثاني: الإشارة إلى نشأة (علم شرح الحديث) وأهم طرقه، وعرج المبحث الثالث: إلى خطوات تخريج الحديث والحکم عليه، وتناول المبحث الرابع: لغويات الحديث والمعنى الإجمالي له، والمبحث الخامس: خصص لبيان فقه الحديث من حيث: التعريف، والعلوم المتصلة به، وأهم روافده، وأما المبحث السادس: فقد تناول الفوائد المستنبطة من الحديث، ثم الخاتمة وفيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات.

Abstract
      Serving the Sunnah is a great honour for those who cherished it. The Sunnah is recognized as the second source of Islamic legislation. Hence, the prophetic traditions (Hadith) have received great interest from the scholars whose efforts have been various regarding the processes of classification, collection, documentation, verification, explanation and analysis which intend to show the meaning, objectives, rhetoric, manners and rules as well as jurisprudence and the occasion of the Hadith. Accordingly, their approaches and methodologies have been varied to the extent of excellence. Due to the importance of the topic- being relevant to the discipline of Hadith, its interpretation and knowledge which is the fruit of Hadith science, its objectives and purposes- Hadith constitutes a basic pillar of the Sharia. Those who are concerned with the interpretation of the Hadith need to follow the perfect academic steps and apply moderate scientific controls along their interpretations of the Hadith to highlight the meaning, explanation as well as benefits and provisions. Therefore, the scholars of Hadith would secure a better understanding of the Hadith and at the same time, they would avoid the errors committed by the foremost scholars. To sum up, the researcher has chosen this topic to establish those steps upon a deeply- rooted scientific basis clearly explained through a practical application to help those who are concerned with the study and explanation of Hadith. The research includes an introduction, six chapters and a conclusion. The first chapter highlights the science of Hadith explanation as a concept and a language showing its types. The second chapter refers to the early beginning of Hadith explanation and its methodologies. The third chapter traces the steps of documenting, verifying and judging Hadith. The fourth chapter handles the linguistics of the Hadith as well as the general meaning. The fifth chapter is dedicated to the discipline of Hadith in terms of definition, related sciences and the most important sources. The sixth chapter is dedicated to handling the resultant benefits of interpreting Hadith. Finally, the conclusion sums up the findings of the research and the recommendations.
