The Farshi Rare Readings in Ibn Mehaissen Al-Makki's Unique Reading of Imam Al- Ahwazi in the First Part of the Chapter of the Heifer (An Analytical Study)

Abstract
 
     The topic of this research focuses light upon the Farshi rare readings as revealed in the first part of the Chapter of the Heifer with reference to Ibn Mehaissen Al-Makki's unique reading of Imam Al- Ahwazi. The research introduces a definition of the rare readings as well as the meaning of Farsh. It also gives a succinct synopsis on the Unique Reading and its author Imam Al-Ahwazi. In addition, the research emphasizes the importance of rare readings through an analytical study of every mode of recitation, the linguistic standard included and the phenomenon it represents. Moreover, the research highlights the final statement related to every mode of recitation and its role in enriching the meaning together with a suitable documented agreement taken from the Arabic heritage. In conclusion, the research documents and relates those readings to Imam ibn Mehaissen Al-Makki as found in principal source books of Qur'anic recitation, interpretation and language books concerned with such types of readings.
