تقدم المأموم على إمامه مكاناً دراسة فقهية

ملخـــص:
تناولت الدراسة مسألة تقدم المأموم على إمامه في الصلاة مكاناً، من حيث حكمها الشرعي، وشملت الدراسة بيان فضل صلاة الجماعة والنصوص الواردة فيها، وفضل إمامة الصلاة وعظم منزلتها، وتناولت الدراسة حكم تسوية الصف وأنه محل اختلاف بين العلماء وأن الأقرب هو القول بوجوبه ، كما بينت الدراسة أن تسوية الصفوف تشمل أموراً أهمها اعتدال الصف واستقامته، ودرست في هذا البحث مسألة موقف المصلين من الإمام وأن المأموم الواحد يقف عن يمين إمامه استحباباً، والمأمومين يقفان خلفه، وكذلك إن كانوا أكثر من ذلك، ولو وقف المأمومان الاثنان عن يمينه وشماله أجزأ مع مخالفة السنة. ثم درست مسألة تقدم المأموم على إمامه وأنه لا يخلو من حالين: إما أن يكون الإمام والمأموم في جهة واحدة فلا يصح تقدمه إلا إن كان معذوراً في التقدم، والحال الثانية أن تختلف جهة المأموم عن جهة إمامه فلا يضر تقدمه عليه. ثم بيّنت حد التقدم المؤثر في الحكم وأن المعتبر في ذلك عقب القدم في حق المصلي القائم، والإلية في حق القاعد، والجنب في حق المصلي المضطجع.

Abstract
 
       This research discusses the issue of forwarding Al- Mamoum (the follower) spatially in from of his Imam regarding the legitimate ruling. The research highlights the reward of prayers in congregation and the inherited texts around this topic. It also emphasizes the reward of imamate (leading congregational prayers) and its great status. The research handles the ruling of straightening the row of the people praying in congregation which constitutes a point of disagreement in between scholars but the closest to truth is that it is dutiful. According to the research, straightening the row means to become moderate and straight. Another point raised by this research is the place where the Imam stands in the congregational prayer and if there is only follower. It is preferable to let the follower stand on the right of the Imam but if there are two or more followers, they stand behind the Imam. In case of having two followers; one on the right and the other on the left of the Imam would be acceptable but it is against the Sunnah. Then the research tackles the point of forwarding the follower in front of his Imam and it has two cases; in the first, the Imam and the follower are in the same direction and here it is not acceptable for the follower to stand in front of the Imam unless there is an excuse. In the second case the Imam and the follower are in different directions, here the follower can move forward in front of the Imam during congregation. Finally, the research has specified the effective scale of standing in front of the Imam which is the ball of the foot for the standing follower, the buttock for the sitting follower and the side of a leaning follower.
