ملخص البحث:
تناول البحث دراسة فاحشة الشذوذ الجنسي التي ظلت ممارستها والمجاهرة بهذه الممارسة، محل استهجان وانتقاص من قبل المجتمع، تجلب العار والحرج على أطرافها، قبل أن تكون محلاً للعقاب؛ ولكن في العقدين الأخيرين من القرن الماضي انتشر المجاهرة بممارستها، بل والتفاخر بالانتماء إلى طائفة أنصارها ومریدیها على رؤوس الأشهاد؛ بل والأدهى من ذلك، أصبحت آراء أنصارها محل اهتمام الأمم المتحدة والمجتمع الدولي، الذي يسعى جاهدًا إلى إيجادها إلى النور، وإسباغ الشرعية القانونية والأخلاقية على ممارستها، وعمدت بعض الدول الغربية إلى نشره بين الدول العربية والإسلامية، وفتحت باب الهجرة إليها للشباب المسلم، تحت ذريعة الكبت والحرمان من الحرية الجنسية في هذه الدول. والخطير في الأمر أن الشذوذ الجنسي اليوم، نجد له مناصرين في المجتمع الإسلامي يدافعون عنه ويروجون له، ويطعنون في النصوص الشرعية التي تحرمه.
ويهدف البحث إلى بيان وتوضيح أبرز مبررات مروجي الشذوذ الجنسي، وتحليلها، ثم عرضها على نصوص الشريعة الإسلامية، لبيان بطلانها، وكذلك حكم وعقوبة الترويج لهذه الفاحشة في الفقه الإسلامي، وإثبات أنّ هذا السلوك الإجرامي انحراف أخلاقي غير مقبول شرعًا ولا عرفًا، وإبراز مفاسده ومضاره وأثره على المجتمع الإسلامي. 
The Penalty of Promoting Homosexuality in Islamic Jurisprudence

Abstract
 
      This research tackles the disgraceful act of homosexuality which had been condemned and degraded by all societies as being dishonorable, critical and punishable for its perpetrators. During the last two decades of the last century, practicing this disgraceful act of homosexuality spread openly. Moreover, its practitioners bragged publicly about being supporters and members of this category.   What makes things worse is that the views of its supporters have been considered by the United Nations and the international community which work hard to bring this act to light lending it legal and moral legitimacy. Some Western countries have purposefully spread this graceful act among Arab and Muslim countries through opening their immigration portals for the Muslim youth under the pretext of being repressed and deprived of sexual freedom in those Arab Muslim countries. The most serious thing today is that homosexuality has fellow supporters in the Muslim community. Those fellows defend and promote this disgraceful act slandering the legitimate texts that ban this act. This research aims at demonstrating and highlighting the most outstanding rationales of homosexuality promoters as well as analyzing those rationales in accordance with the Islamic Sharia to show their invalidity.  The research is also keen on emphasizing the legal ruling of promoting this disgraceful act in Islamic Jurisprudence and proving that this criminal behavior is a kind of moral deviation that is not accepted either by the Islamic Sharia or by conventions. Finally, the research displays the abuses, harms and effects of this disgraceful act upon the Muslim community.
